数字媒体技术本科专业实践教学体系研究

【摘要】:随着数字媒体技术人才需求的剧增,教育的社会化功能得到了充分的体现,各大高校纷纷开设相应专业,教育作为一种特殊的个人投资,本应该将人才市场的缺口填平,事实却没有,并且还出现了数字媒体技术专业毕业生找不到合适工作的尴尬局面,形成一种相对过剩。究其原因,其根本是数字媒体技术专业人才培养与行业需求不对接,所学与所需不匹配,学生实践动手能力太差,所具有的实践知识不能胜任相应岗位的工作。数字媒体技术专业是一个多学科交叉的复合性学科,培养的人才应以应用型人才为标准,依照传统的实践教学方式已不再适合该学科,高校加强对数字媒体技术专业的实践教学改革,是十分重要且必要的手段。本文即是基于此目的,试图构建了一种适合于数字媒体技术专业人才培养的实践教学体系,并以动画方向为例对该实践教学体系的具体内容进行了详细分析。 本文包括6个部分,第1部分阐述了文章的研究目的和意义、研究思路和方法、国内外研究现状。第2部分对数字媒体的概念,数字媒体技术与数字媒体艺术的概念以及区别,数字媒体技术的学科特点进行了简单分析。此外还对实践教学的概念,实践教学与实验教学的区别与联系,实践教学体系的内涵作了介绍分析,指出本文研究的对象为数字媒体技术本科专业实践教学体系,并且实践教学体系为狭义上所指的内涵。第3部分通过数字媒体技术专业学生进行调研,对相应数据进行了统计分析,具体分析了调研所呈现的现状以及总结了实践教学的效果和存在的不足。第4部分在前期研究基础上构建了数字媒体技术专业实践教学体系,阐述了体系建构的原则,重点分析了体系的结构以及实践教学之间怎样紧密衔接起来。第5部分以动画方向为例分别介绍了实践教学体系所包含的课程实验、项目实践、专业实训、毕业实习、毕业设计(论文)五个环节,以及每个环节怎么样来安排。其中课程实验提出了课程内容的整合,开设独立实验,以及建构多层次、阶梯式实验教学体系的策略。并依照所提策略设计了《三维动画制作与设计》实验课程教学大纲。最后一部分对全文进行了总结,分析了所建实践教学体系的特点及研究展望,指出了研究过程中存在的不足。希望本研究能给数字媒体技术专业人才培养和该专业实践教学改革提供一定的思路和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of the demand for talents in digital media, the socialized function of education has been fully reflected. Universities and colleges have set up corresponding specialties one after another. Education, as a kind of special personal investment, should fill the gap of the talent market. There is no, and there is a relative glut of digital media graduates unable to find a suitable job. The reason is that the training of digital media technology professionals does not match with the needs of the industry, the students' practical ability is too poor, and the practical knowledge is not competent for the corresponding posts. The specialty of digital media technology is a multidisciplinary and complex discipline. The talents should be trained according to the standard of applied talents, and the traditional practical teaching method is no longer suitable for the subject. It is very important and necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen the practical teaching reform of digital media technology specialty. Based on this purpose, this paper attempts to construct a practical teaching system suitable for the cultivation of talents in digital media technology, and takes the animation direction as an example to analyze the concrete contents of the practical teaching system in detail. This paper consists of six parts. The first part describes the purpose and significance of the research, research ideas and methods, and the current situation of research at home and abroad. The second part analyzes the concept of digital media, the concept and difference between digital media technology and digital media art, and the characteristics of digital media technology. In addition, the concept of practice teaching, the difference and relation between practice teaching and experiment teaching, the connotation of practice teaching system are introduced and analyzed. The author points out that the object of this paper is the practical teaching system of digital media technology undergraduate specialty. And the practice teaching system is the connotation of narrow sense. The third part through the digital media technology major student to carry on the investigation, has carried on the statistical analysis to the corresponding data, has analyzed the present situation which the investigation presented concretely, has summarized the practice teaching effect and the existence insufficiency. The fourth part constructs the practice teaching system of digital media technology specialty on the basis of the previous research, expounds the principle of system construction, and analyzes the structure of the system and how to link up the practice teaching closely. The fifth part takes the animation direction as an example to introduce the curriculum experiment, project practice, professional practice, graduation design (thesis) and how to arrange each link. Among them, curriculum experiment puts forward the strategy of integrating curriculum content, setting up independent experiment, and constructing multi-level, stepwise experimental teaching system. According to the proposed strategy, the experimental course syllabus of making and designing three-dimensional Animation is designed. In the last part, the author summarizes the full text, analyzes the characteristics and prospects of the established practical teaching system, and points out the shortcomings in the research process. It is hoped that this study can provide some ideas and lessons for the cultivation of talents in digital media technology major and the reform of practical teaching of this major.
