提升高校思想政治教育有效性对策研究

【摘要】：当前我国正处在经济社会转型的重要时期，高等教育也面临历史性的变革，对新时期如何提高大学生的综合素质、促进大学生全面发展提出了更新、更高要求。高校思想政治教育有效性是评价思想政治教育工作实际效果的标准，是思想政治教育工作实际意义的主要表现，是创新高校思想政治教育的重要实践依据。因此，高校思想政治教育有效性研究，一直都是我国思想政治教育领域研究和关注的重点，，在经济全球化和国内市场化不断加深的今天，加强高校思想政治教育有效性研究具有很强的现实指导意义。本文在高校思想政治教育有效性的相关理论、研究成果的基础上，对高校思想政治教育有效性展开的研究。本文首先介绍了高校思想政治教育的基本内涵和主要构成要素，考察了经济全球化、信息化、市场经济等时代背景对高校思想政治教育的影响和冲击；在此基础上总结和归纳了思想政治教育有效性的基本经验和存在的主要问题，分析了影响高校思想政治教育有效性的主要因素；最后，从加强高校思想政治教育的科学理论引导、加强高校思想政治教育教师队伍建设、完善高校思想政治教育机制、加强高校思想政治教育理论课程创新四个方面，研究得出了几点提升高校思想政治教育有效性的对策建议，希望能够为高校思想政治教育有效性的研究尽一份力。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in an important period of economic and social transformation, and higher education is also facing historic changes. It has put forward new and higher requirements on how to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and promote their all-round development in the new period. The effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the standard of evaluating the actual effect of ideological and political education, the main manifestation of the practical significance of ideological and political education, and the important practical basis for innovating the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the study of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has always been the focus of research and attention in the field of ideological and political education in China. Today, with the deepening of economic globalization and domestic marketization, Strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has a strong practical significance. Based on the relevant theories and research results of the validity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper studies the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper first introduces the basic connotation and main elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and examines the influence and impact of economic globalization, information technology and market economy on ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On this basis, this paper summarizes and summarizes the basic experience and main problems of the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Finally, from four aspects: strengthening the scientific theoretical guidance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthening the construction of the contingent of teachers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, perfecting the ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities, and strengthening the theoretical curriculum innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research has obtained several countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, hoping to contribute to the study of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
