社会转型期大学生择业现象研究

【摘要】：社会转型期,我国社会政治、经济、文化体制经历了广泛而深刻的变迁,在这种变迁下,我国由原来高度集权的计划经济体制转变为现阶段以市场为导向自由选择的市场经济体制,与此相呼应的是我国高校大学生择业现象的变迁,也由转型初期的“统包统分,服从分配”到转型展开阶段一定范围内的“供需见面,双向选择”到转型深入阶段的“自主择业,自主创业”。我国高校大学生30多年来的择业现象同社会转型的轨迹一样,具有鲜明的时代特点,同时我们也可以看到这是一个艰难的历程。由于我国人口众多,每一个固有观念式的转变都会威胁到人们的切身利益。改革并非一时,但改革的步伐并没有因为困难而停止。特别是新时期,高校毕业生逐年增加,就业压力日趋激烈,大学生择业成为社会关注的热点,如何引导大学生科学、理性的择业是稳定目前就业形势,建立和谐社会的关键点。本文首先分析了与社会转型相适应的高校大学生择业演变的历程,在此基础上,试图分析了新时期大学生择业的现状和存在的问题,通过对历史因素、社会因素、家庭因素、学校因素、个人因素等方面因素分析,找出当前高校大学生择业出现问题的原因,并从社会、高校、家庭、个人等方面提出对策,引导大学生能够科学、理性的择业。
[Abstract]:During the period of social transformation, the social, political, economic and cultural systems of our country have undergone extensive and profound changes. China has changed from a highly centralized planned economy system to a market-oriented and freely selected market economy system at the present stage, which echoes the changes of the phenomenon of college students choosing jobs in our country, and is also divided by the "turnkey" in the early stage of the transition. From "distribution" to "supply and demand meet in a certain range in the stage of transition, two-way choice" to the in-depth stage of transition "independent career, independent entrepreneurship." The phenomenon of college students' career choice in our country for more than 30 years is the same as the track of social transformation, and it has distinct characteristics of the times. At the same time, we can also see that this is a difficult course. Because of our country's large population, every change of concept will threaten people's vital interests. Reform is not temporary, but the pace of reform has not stopped because of difficulties. Especially in the new era, college graduates are increasing year by year, and the pressure of employment is becoming more and more intense. How to guide college students to choose jobs scientifically and rationally is the key point to stabilize the present employment situation and build a harmonious society. This paper first analyzes the evolution process of college students' career selection, which is adapted to the social transformation, and on this basis, attempts to analyze the present situation and existing problems of college students' career choice in the new period, through the analysis of historical factors, social factors, family factors, etc. Based on the analysis of school factors and personal factors, this paper finds out the causes of the problems in college students' career selection, and puts forward some countermeasures from the social, college, family and personal aspects so as to guide the college students to choose jobs scientifically and rationally.
