“90后”大学生就业观问题与教育引导

【摘要】:教育是一个国家持续发展的动力,高等教育水平则是国家发展程度的直接体现。随着改革开放以来的高速经济增长,我国的高等教育事业得到了较快的发展,中国经济的改革开放赋予“90后”一代大学生独特的思想行为和价值观念。因此,社会、经济的快速发展变化对出生于“90后”的大学生的就业观的形成起到了重要的影响作用。“90后”大学生的就业观在就业理想、就业准备、就业选择、就业目标、择业目的、就业期望上,表现出明显的特点。其就业观的形成受个人、社会、家庭、学校教育因素的影响较大。解决“90后”大学生就业观问题的办法是加强大学生就业观的教育与引导,消除其就业观念上存在的误区,引导大学生树立科学的就业观,使大学生学以致用,实现人力资源的合理配置。 作者以“90%后”大学生为研究对象,以就业观为研究主题,通过问卷调查的方法对这一群体的就业观问题及其与就业选择之间的关系进行了较为深入的研究。本论文在阐明大学生就业观内涵、外延及意义的基础上,分析90后大学生成长环境及思想心理特点,通过自编问卷对湖南工学院2012年第一批“90后”大学毕业生就业观问题进行抽样调查,揭示90后大学生就业观存在的主要问题并分析其产生的原因。进而针对90后大学生就业观存在的问题,采取教育对策,从就业观教育的目标、内容、原则、方法和途径等各层面来帮助和引导大学生树立正确的就业观。
[Abstract]:Education is the motive force of a country's sustainable development, and the level of higher education is a direct reflection of the level of national development. With the rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up, the cause of higher education in China has been developing rapidly. The reform and opening up of China's economy has given the "post-90s" generation of college students unique ideas, behaviors and values. Therefore, the rapid development of society and economy has played an important role in the formation of employment outlook of post-90s college students. The purpose of choosing a job and the expectation of employment show obvious characteristics. The formation of employment view is influenced by the factors of individual, society, family and school education. The way to solve the problem of "post-90s" college students' employment concept is to strengthen the education and guidance of college students' employment concept, to eliminate the misunderstanding existing in their concept of employment, to guide them to set up a scientific view of employment, and to make college students use their studies for practical purposes. To achieve the rational allocation of human resources. Taking "90% after" college students as the research object, and taking the employment view as the research topic, the author makes a deep research on the employment concept of this group and its relationship with the employment choice through the method of questionnaire. On the basis of expounding the connotation, extension and significance of college students' view of employment, this paper analyzes the growth environment and ideological and psychological characteristics of post-90s college students. Through a sample survey on the employment concept of the first batch of post-90s graduates in 2012 in Hunan Institute of Technology, this paper reveals the main problems existing in the employment concept of post-90s college students and analyzes the reasons for their emergence. Then, in view of the problems existing in the employment view of post-90s college students, educational countermeasures are taken to help and guide college students to set up a correct view of employment from the aspects of the goal, content, principle, methods and ways of employment view education.
