适合大学生创新能力发展的学习环境研究

【摘要】:培养学生的创新能力一直是各级各类学校教育目标之一。有关学生创新能力发展的研究汗牛充栋,研究者大多从教育内容、教育方式方法的改革进行探讨。这些研究成果对教育实践产生了积极影响。从心理学的角度看,创新是个体的一种能力,这种能力的构成和发展需要一定的条件和基础。因此,本研究选择从影响个体创新能力形成和发展环境视角探讨学生创新能力发展问题。 在现代社会,,大学教育成为各个国家教育体系关注和发展的焦点。改革开放之后,中国大学教育有了快速长足的发展,为国家的经济建设和社会发展做出巨大贡献。但是,进入二十一世纪的中国大学,在人才培养上还存在不少问题,其中,著名的钱学森之问,就成为我国大学人才培养中难解之问题。 心理学研究表明大学生创新能力的发展是多种因素综合作用的结果,其中,学习环境在大学生创新能力的发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。因此,本文通过分析相关理论的研究和分析,对适合大学生创新能力发展的学习环境的相关问题进行了详细的阐释。全文主体共分为三个部分,第一部分是创新能力的形成与发展的相关研究,包括创新能力的心理表现,创新能力形成与发展的影响因素以及环境因素对创新能力形成与发展的影响。第二部分是大学生创新能力的发展,本部分结合大学生自身的特征,分析了大学生创新能力发展的影响因素,重点分析了学习环境的构成要素以及对大学生创新能力的影响。并在此基础上总结归纳了适合大学生创新能力发展的学习环境应具备的特征。第三部分是结合大学生创新能力发展的学习环境应具备的特征,从学习环境的校园资源、文化氛围、人际关系、学业管理制度四个层面,针对性的提出构建适合大学生创新能力发展的学习环境的对策。
[Abstract]:Cultivating students' innovative ability has always been one of the aims of all kinds of schools at all levels. The research on the development of students' innovative ability is full of research, most of which are discussed from the reform of educational content and educational methods. These research results have a positive impact on educational practice. From the psychological point of view, innovation is an individual ability, which needs certain conditions and bases for its formation and development. Therefore, this study chooses to explore the development of students' innovation ability from the perspective of influencing the formation and development environment of individual innovation ability. In modern society, university education has become the focus of attention and development in various countries. After the reform and opening up, the university education in China has made rapid and rapid development, which has made great contributions to the national economic construction and social development. However, in the 21 century, there are still many problems in the talent training of Chinese universities. Among them, the famous Qian Xuesen has become a difficult problem in the talent training of Chinese universities. Psychological research shows that the development of college students' innovation ability is the result of many factors, among which, the learning environment plays an important role in the development of college students' innovation ability. Therefore, through the research and analysis of relevant theories, this paper gives a detailed explanation of the relevant problems in the learning environment suitable for the development of college students' innovative ability. The main body of the paper is divided into three parts. The first part is related research on the formation and development of innovation ability, including the psychological expression of innovation ability. The influence factors of the formation and development of innovation ability and the influence of environmental factors on the formation and development of innovation ability. The second part is the development of college students' innovation ability. This part analyzes the influencing factors of college students' innovation ability development, especially the elements of learning environment and the influence on college students' innovation ability. On this basis, the characteristics of the learning environment suitable for the development of college students' innovation ability are summarized. The third part is based on the characteristics of the learning environment for the development of college students' innovative ability, from the four levels of campus resources, cultural atmosphere, interpersonal relationship, academic management system. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing the learning environment suitable for the development of college students'innovation ability.
