高校辅导员处理突发事件的能力提升研究

【摘要】：本文以高校辅导员的视角对高校突发事件及如何提升高校辅导员突发事件处理能力进行研究,首先从高校突发事件的概述入手,阐述了高校突发事件的概念、特点、类型、阶段等基础知识和高校突发事件发生的原因,指出高校辅导员在高校突发事件过程中所扮演的角色,明确了高校辅导员在突发事件处理过程中所发挥的重要作用,进而提出高校辅导员突发事件处理能力的内涵是突发事件预防能力、突发事件应对执行能力和突发事件善后恢复能力的总和,通过对当前高校辅导员突发事件处理能力现状和存在问题的分析,提出了提升高校辅导员突发事件处理能力的政策层面、高校层面和高校辅导员自身层面等三个方面的途径。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from the perspective of college counselors, we study the emergency events in colleges and universities and how to improve the emergency handling ability of college counselors. First of all, the concept, characteristics and types of emergencies in colleges and universities are expounded from the overview of emergencies in colleges and universities. This paper points out the role played by college counselors in the process of university emergencies, and clarifies the important role played by college counselors in the process of dealing with emergencies. Furthermore, the author points out that the connotation of college counselors' ability to deal with emergencies is the sum of the ability of emergency prevention, the ability of emergency response and the ability of emergency recovery. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of college counselors' emergency handling ability, this paper puts forward three ways to improve the college counselors' emergency handling ability: the policy level, the university level and the university counselors' own level.
