美国高校校友会研究

【摘要】：近年来,校友资源成为高校重要的资源,受到越来越多的重视。而校友会正是校友工作的重要组织机构。但是我国高校校友会存在着起步晚历史短,缺乏切实有效的工作网络,组织机构不够健全等诸多不足。与我国相比,美国高校校友会经过三百多年的发展历史,具有完善的校友网络,有效的组织措施,可以说美国高校校友会形成了相对规范的校友会组织。因此,本文试图通过对美国高校校友会历史、现状、特点的研究,为我国高校校友会的发展提供一定的启示和借鉴。本研究运用了文献法、比较法和案例法等研究方法。通过相关文献资料的收集,对美国高校校友会的历史发展和现状进行了综述；对美国高校校友会的特点进行了归纳。通过美国高校校友会与我国高校校友会的比较,发现我国高校校友会存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。本文除导论和结语外,主要包括一部分。第一部分是美国高校校友会的历史发展。第二部分是美国高校校友会的现状。通过文献资料的搜集及登陆美国高校校友会网站,总结出美国高校校友会的管理机构、组织活动以及职能。进一步总结出美国高校校友的特点。第三部分是美国高校校友会的个案分析,以耶鲁大学作为个案,并通过耶鲁大学的个案分析,更细致的展现美国高校校友会的特点,为我国高校校友会提供值得借鉴的经验依据。第四部分是我国高校校友会的现状,通过系统阐述我国高校校友会现状,并总结出相应的启示与借鉴。包括丰富校友工作内容,扩展校友活动,建立优秀的校友工作队伍,完善校友会工作机构等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, alumni resources have become an important resource in colleges and universities, and have received more and more attention. The Alumni Association is an important organization for alumni work. However, there are many shortcomings in the Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities in China, such as short history of late start, lack of effective working network, inadequate organization and so on. Compared with our country, the American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities has developed for more than 300 years, has a perfect alumni network and effective organization measures, it can be said that the American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities has formed a relatively standard organization of the Alumni Association. Therefore, this paper attempts to provide some enlightenment and reference for the development of American Alumni Association through the study of the history, current situation and characteristics of American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities. In this study, literature method, comparative method and case law are used. This paper summarizes the historical development and present situation of American Alumni Association through the collection of relevant documents and summarizes the characteristics of American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities. Through the comparison between American Alumni Association and China Alumni Association, this paper finds out the problems existing in the Association and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article mainly includes a part. The first part is the historical development of American Alumni Association. The second part is the current situation of American Alumni Association. Through the collection of literature and landing on the website of American Alumni Association, the management organization, organization and function of American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities are summarized. Further summed up the characteristics of alumni of American colleges and universities. The third part is the case analysis of the American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities. Taking Yale University as a case study, and through the case analysis of Yale University, it shows in more detail the characteristics of the American Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities. For our country university alumni association provides the experience basis which is worth using for reference. The fourth part is the current situation of the Alumni Association of Colleges and Universities in China. Including enriching alumni work content, expanding alumni activities, establishing excellent alumni work team, perfecting alumni association work organization, etc.
