师范类高校教学质量监控研究

【摘要】:师范类高校教学质量监控是把学校全部成员作为质量责任人,对教学全过程进行监督与控制,为保证教学质量达到预期标准,制定严密的规范系统,从教学基本条件直至教学结果等环节的信息进行收集、处理与反馈,从而保证教学质量提高的工作过程。 本研究主要使用文献法、调查法和访谈法对师范类高校教学质量监控进行研究。总体上,本研究大致包括三方面内容。 第一部分对师范类高校教学质量监控的相关概念做了界定,明确了研究范围;阐述了师范类高校开展教学质量监控工作的重要性和必要性;详细分析了师范类高校教学质量监控体系所包含的目标系统、组织系统、规范系统和信息系统四个系统。 第二部分是为了解师范类高校教学质量监控工作的实际开展情况,对河北省内的四所师范类学校进行了实地考察,结合对师生的访谈,从学校教学质量监控工作的运行角度出发,对组织机构的设置、体系的建立、监控的运行方式以及结果的反馈四方面的情况进行分析。 第三部分的主要内容是为了使师范类高校教学质量监控工作能更好的开展所提出的几点建议。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities is to take all members of the school as the quality responsible person and supervise and control the whole teaching process. In order to ensure the teaching quality to reach the expected standard, a strict standard system is established. From the basic teaching conditions to the teaching results and other links of information collection, processing and feedback, so as to ensure the improvement of teaching quality of the working process. This research mainly uses the literature method, the investigation method and the interview method to carry on the research to the normal university teaching quality control. As a whole, this research includes three aspects. The first part defines the related concepts of teaching quality monitoring in normal universities, clarifies the scope of research, expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities. This paper analyzes in detail four systems, including target system, organization system, standard system and information system, which are included in the teaching quality monitoring system of normal colleges and universities. In the second part, in order to understand the actual situation of teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities, four normal schools in Hebei Province were investigated on the spot, combined with interviews with teachers and students. From the point of view of the operation of school teaching quality monitoring, this paper analyzes the setting up of the organization, the establishment of the system, the operation mode of the monitoring and the feedback of the result. The third part of the main content is to make the normal colleges and universities teaching quality monitoring can better carry out some suggestions.
