非线性视野下的高校科研创新团队建设研究
[Abstract]:At present, the scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities has become an important carrier for the development of science and technology and the cultivation of talents in our country. However, the role of the scientific research and innovation team has not really been brought into full play in terms of its current development situation. Most colleges and universities only have the organizational form of scientific research innovation team, too much scientific research task still depends on only a few backbone strength, the team cohesion is not enough, the team's joint force is not obvious. The reasons are as follows: firstly, the scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities is still in the stage of exploration and development, lacking of mature management theory and management model; Secondly, there are few cases of excellent scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities in China, most of them are restricted by regional, professional and policy factors. With the development of science, the ability of scientific research and innovation is becoming stronger and stronger. The emergence of complexity science marks the rise of human cognition from the linear field to the nonlinear field, which is a great leap in the history of human epistemology. The new facts, new characteristics and new laws revealed by the complexity science make the mode of human thinking change radically, and the linear thinking advances into the era of nonlinear thinking. Under the influence of linear thinking, because of neglecting the complex connection inherent in objective things, there is a lack of deep scientific understanding of the multivariable and complex causality among the personnel composition, system norm, scientific research achievement and so on in the team. Therefore, in the process of management team, only pay attention to the team surface harmony, is bound to be contrary to the non-linear nature of the team, so that the team in the process of forming a series of problems. The nonlinear thinking mode has systematic, multi-dimensional, integrity, fuzziness, radioactivity, mutation, heterogeneity and hyperlogic. The concrete external forms are systematic dialectical thinking, divergent thinking, reverse thinking, Intuitive thinking and inspiration thinking. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities in China, and concludes that the ultimate reason is that the managers of the team neglect the essential characteristics of the team in the process of building the team-nonlinearity. Then the lack of nonlinear thinking in the formation of the team, the habit of following the linear thinking, simple problem solving, and finally the development of the team into a deadlock. It is only with correct understanding that it is possible to change reasonably. In the whole paper, the author combines the actual case of "Metallurgical equipment Innovation team" in Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, and makes a deep analysis of the scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities from the perspective of nonlinearity. It is considered that the scientific research innovation team in colleges and universities is a complex nonlinear system from the point of view of the object of scientific research, the interdisciplinary research, or the composition of the personnel, so the construction of the team should be considered from the perspective of nonlinearity in the process of construction. Following the system, integrity, multi-dimensional characteristics of nonlinear systems. First of all, we should pay attention to three principles at the beginning of team building, and then elaborate how to use them in detail. It is hoped that a new angle of view will be put forward in the construction of scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities to promote the development of the team.
