大学生突发事件的成因及对策研究

【摘要】：大学生是建设有中国特色社会主义事业的重要力量和接班人，大学生成长顺利与否，关系到我党执政地位能否得到有效巩固和社会主义事业是否长期稳定发展。随着我国高等教育的迅速发展，大学生数量急剧增长，而当前我国又处于转型期，，多种矛盾错综复杂，这些复杂的背景日益对在校大学生产生深刻的影响，再加上家庭、个人等原因导致了大学生突发事件频繁发生，给国家、学校、家庭和个人造成了难以估量的损失。高校是大学生成长成才的场所，高校的管理工作者肩负着人才培养的重要责任，因此，深入开展大学生突发事件的成因和对策研究，提高高校治理能力，做好大学生突发事件的预防、处置和善后工作已成为当前亟待解决的问题。目前，国内针对大学生突发事件的研究还处于起步阶段，众多学者从各个不同方面进行了研究，但尚未形成统一的认识，对大学生突发事件的研究缺乏系统性。针对这一现状，本文通过调查研究共梳理出公共卫生类、治安安全类、政治敏感问题类、心理问题类、网络安全类、事故灾难类、自然灾害类、宗教问题类等八类大学生突发事件类型。大学生突发事件具有主体的特殊性、事件参与的群体性、诱发因素的多样性、后果的危害性和影响的持久性等五个特点。本文主要从大学生个体、高校、社会三个方面深入分析了大学生突发事件产生的原因，力图从现象中分析其产生的规律，并从预防对策、处置对策、善后对策三个方面进行了大学生突发事件对策的研究和探讨。
[Abstract]:College students are important forces and successors in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The smooth growth of college students is related to the effective consolidation of the ruling position of our Party and the long-term stable development of socialist cause. With the rapid development of higher education in our country, the number of college students is increasing rapidly, but at present, our country is in the transition period, and many kinds of contradictions are complicated. These complicated backgrounds have a profound influence on college students, plus families. Personal causes of college students frequent emergencies, to the country, schools, families and individuals caused incalculable losses. Colleges and universities are the places where college students grow up and become talented, and the administrators of colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating talents. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the causes and countermeasures of college students' emergencies, so as to improve the governance ability of colleges and universities. How to prevent, deal with and deal with college students' emergencies has become an urgent problem. At present, the domestic research on college students' emergencies is still in its infancy. Many scholars have studied from different aspects, but they have not yet formed a unified understanding, and the research on college students' emergencies is not systematic. In view of this situation, this article combs out the public health class, the public security class, the political sensitive question class, the psychological problem class, the network security class, the accident disaster class, the natural disaster class through the investigation and research. Religious problems and other eight types of college students emergency type. College students' emergencies have five characteristics: the particularity of the subject, the group participation of the events, the diversity of the inducing factors, the harmfulness of the consequences and the persistence of the effects. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of college students' emergencies from three aspects of college students' individual, university and society, and tries to analyze the law of their emergence from the phenomenon, and from the prevention countermeasures, the countermeasures to deal with them. Three aspects of aftercare countermeasures for college students emergency countermeasures are studied and discussed.
