大学生极端心理危机事件影响因素及其对策研究

【摘要】：高等学校的根本任务是培养德智体美等方面全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。但近些年来，大学生极端心理危机事件如自杀、杀人等已屡见不鲜。这类问题的发生，危害深、影响大，引起了社会的普遍关注。本研究对大学生极端心理危机事件影响因素从社会、家庭、学校，大学生自身四个方面进行分析，对极端心理如何缓释和化解，防止极端心理危机事件的发生提出针对性的对策和建议，为大学生的身心和谐、健康成长提供借鉴，以期降低大学生极端心理危机事件的发生率。本文在对大学生极端心理危机事件的相关概念界定和案例的基础上，深入分析了大学生极端心理危机事件的现状，并把极端事件的案例分为五类，总结了大学生极端心理危机事件的特点和规律。大学生极端心理危机事件的影响因素是多种多样、错综复杂的，既有外部因素，也有内部因素。本文主要从社会环境因素、家庭环境因素、学校环境因素、个人因素四个方面进行分析，这些因素是相互联系、相互影响的，社会、学校、家庭是外部因素，大学生自身是内部因素，，外因必须通过内因才能起作用。本文试图从社会，家庭、学校、大学生自身四个方面提出预防对策，但每一方面侧重点不同。社会预防是基础，从整体上帮助大学生，解决学生的后顾之忧；家庭预防是要点，密切关注，恰当引导，有的放矢；学校是重点，要全面教育和预警，普及到每一个学生，特别关注贫困生、学困生等；自我预防是关键，有针对性，有意识的锻炼自己，提升自己的抗挫能力和心理健康水平，自我保健、自我成长。四方协同发挥作用，共同促进大学生的健康成长,成人成才。
[Abstract]:The basic task of colleges and universities is to train socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical beauty and so on. But in recent years, college students' extreme psychological crisis events such as suicide, killing has been common. The occurrence of this kind of problem, the harm is deep, the influence is big, has caused the social universal concern. This study analyzes the factors affecting the extreme psychological crisis of college students from four aspects: society, family, school and college students themselves, and how to release and resolve the extreme psychology. In order to reduce the incidence of extreme psychological crisis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to prevent the occurrence of extreme psychological crisis events, which can provide a reference for college students' physical and mental harmony and healthy growth. On the basis of defining the concepts and cases of college students' extreme psychological crisis events, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation of college students' extreme psychological crisis events, and divides the cases of extreme events into five categories. This paper summarizes the characteristics and rules of college students' extreme psychological crisis. The influencing factors of college students' extreme psychological crisis events are various and complicated, both external and internal. This paper mainly analyzes social environmental factors, family environmental factors, school environmental factors and individual factors. These factors are interrelated and influence each other. Society, school and family are external factors. College students themselves are internal factors, external causes must be through internal causes can play a role. This paper tries to put forward preventive countermeasures from four aspects of society, family, school and college students, but each aspect has different emphases. Social prevention is the foundation to help college students as a whole to solve the students' worries, family prevention is the main point, close attention, appropriate guidance, targeted; The school is the focal point, wants the comprehensive education and the early warning, popularizes to each student, pays special attention to the impoverished student, the study impoverished student and so on; Self-prevention is the key, targeted, conscious exercise, improve their ability to resist frustration and mental health, self-care, self-growth. The four parties play a coordinated role in promoting the healthy growth of college students and adult growth.
