大学生非正式学习及其在高校教学中的整合策略研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代下,学习是人们适应社会、工作和生活的必要手段,人们对学习的认识也在不断地变化。当前终身学习的理念正在全球大力推行,广泛地存在人们的日常生活中的非正式学习作为终身学习的一种重要形式也逐渐受到了关注。许多国家及组织都充分认识到了非正式学习的的特点及效用,希望利用非正式学习来改善现状并提升竞争力。随着非正式学习研究的发展,大学生群体的非正式学习开始受到研究者的关注与重视。本研究旨在了解大学生非正式学习情况,同时也尝试将大学生的非正式学习与高校教学相整合,从而更好地对其非正式学习进行引导与支持,提高大学生的学习成效和高校教学效果。 本文首先进行了研究概述,介绍了研究的背景、意义、目的及研究方法。随后介绍所了非正式学习的相关概念及理论基础,包括非正式学习的发展、定义及与相关概念比较分析,其中所涉及的非正式学习理论基础有情境认知理论、建构主义和知识管理。此外就国内外非正式学习的研究现状进行了综述和总结。 其次,本文结合了质性与定量的研究方法对大学生非正式学习的应用现状及其影响因素进行探究。研究者参考了已有研究结论与研究工具,自行编制了大学生非正式学习的半结构化访谈提纲,采用了访谈法、内容分析法等质性研究方法,以浙江师范大学在校生为例,形成了对非正式学习主题、形式、情境等的大学生非正式学习应用现状的初步结论。 在访谈调查的基础上,研究者尝试从定量的角度对前一阶段研究的结论进行深化,编制了大学生非正式学习影响因素调查问卷。通过数据的分析及前期结论对影响大学生非正式学习的诸种因素进行分析与探究,并尝试对这些影响因素的作用程度及关系进行解释。随后将定量研究与前阶段的访谈结果相互验证比较,最终形成了关于大学生非正式学习的相关结论。 接下来,本文介绍了非正式学习整合策略在高校教学中的实证研究。研究基于前期调查的结论进行了策略设计,选取了浙江师范大学《教学资源设计与制作》、《教育技术专业英语》两门课程,通过教学组织、资源建构、学习支持三大方面将非正式学习与教学相整合,并尝试将微博作为非正式学习的主要交流平台来支持并引导大学生的非正式学习。最后文章总结了整体研究的亮点与不足,并对后续研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, learning is a necessary means for people to adapt to society, work and life. At present, the concept of lifelong learning is being carried out all over the world, and informal learning, as an important form of lifelong learning, is widely used in people's daily life. Many countries and organizations are fully aware of the characteristics and effectiveness of informal learning, and hope to use informal learning to improve the current situation and enhance competitiveness. With the development of informal learning research, the informal learning of college students has been paid more and more attention by researchers. The purpose of this study is to understand the informal learning of college students, and at the same time to try to integrate the informal learning of college students with college teaching, so as to better guide and support their informal learning. To improve the learning effect of college students and the teaching effect in colleges and universities. In this paper, the background, significance, purpose and research method of the research are introduced. Then it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of informal learning, including the development, definition and comparative analysis of informal learning with related concepts. The theoretical basis of informal learning involves situational cognitive theory. Constructivism and knowledge management. In addition, the research status of informal learning at home and abroad is summarized and summarized. Secondly, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the application of informal learning of college students and its influencing factors. Referring to the existing research conclusions and tools, the researcher has compiled the semi-structured interview outline of college students' informal learning, using qualitative research methods such as interview method and content analysis method, taking the students of Zhejiang normal University as an example. A preliminary conclusion has been reached on the application of informal learning to the subjects, forms and situations of informal learning for college students. On the basis of the interview investigation, the researcher tries to deepen the conclusion of the previous stage from the quantitative point of view, and compiles the questionnaire on the influencing factors of informal learning of college students. Through the analysis of the data and the previous conclusions, this paper analyzes and probes into the factors that affect the informal learning of college students, and tries to explain the degree of action and the relationship between these factors. Then the quantitative study was compared with the interview results of the previous stage, and finally the conclusion about informal learning of college students was reached. Then, this paper introduces the empirical study of informal learning integration strategy in college teaching. Based on the conclusion of the previous investigation, the study has carried out the strategy design, selected Zhejiang normal University "Teaching Resources Design and production", "Educational Technology specialized English" two courses, through the teaching organization, the resources construction, The three aspects of learning support integrate informal learning with teaching and try to use Weibo as the main communication platform to support and guide the informal learning of college students. Finally, the paper summarizes the bright spots and shortcomings of the whole research, and prospects the follow-up research.
