大学校园文化的德育功能研究

【摘要】:中共中央国务院于2004年8月在《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中明确指出,要大力建设校园文化,并将校园文化建设作为加强大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。可见,校园文化建设是大学生思想品德培养的重要载体,具有德育功能,对于提高大学生思想道德素质及综合素质具有重要的影响作用。那么,校园文化具有哪些德育功能?新时期如何才能更好地发挥校园文化的德育功能?对于这些问题的探讨,不仅是理论研究的需要,更是培养合格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的现实需要。 本文坚持理论与实际相结合的原则,主要运用调查分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,在分析校园文化与德育辩证关系的基础上,探讨校园文化德育功能的表现、特征以及当前所面临的挑战和问题,并提出了发挥校园文化德育功能的途径。 全文包括五章内容。第一章是绪论。从选题的目的和意义入手,分析了大学校园文化德育功能研究的理论与实践意义以及国内外研究的现状,说明了本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二章是论文的理论基础。论文首先分析“文化”、“校园文化”、“德育”、“德育功能”等概念,以此划定全文研究的对象范围和主要内容。然后分析了校园文化与德育的辩证关系以及发挥校园文化德育功能的必要性,从而为后文研究奠定理论基础。第三章阐述了校园文化具有教育导向、熏陶感染、行为规范等功能,,论证了校园文化德育功能的相关特征。第四章分析了当前形势下发挥校园文化德育功能所面临的问题与挑战。第五章是文章的对策思考。针对当前校园文化德育功能发挥过程中存在的问题和面临的挑战,提出了相应的解决途径,旨在能为校园文化德育功能的发挥提出切实可行的建议。结论部分再次重申论文的研究意义,强调要更加清楚的认识到德育在高校校园文化建设中所发挥的重要作用,以充分发挥校园文化的德育功能。
[Abstract]:In August 2004, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out in the opinion on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students that it is necessary to vigorously build the campus culture. The construction of campus culture is regarded as an effective way to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. It can be seen that the construction of campus culture is an important carrier for the cultivation of college students' ideological and moral character. It has the function of moral education and plays an important role in improving the ideological and moral quality and comprehensive quality of college students. So what are the moral functions of campus culture? How can we give better play to the moral education function of campus culture in the new period? The discussion of these problems is not only the need of theoretical research, but also the realistic need of cultivating qualified builders and successors of socialist cause. Based on the analysis of the dialectical relationship between campus culture and moral education, this paper insists on the principle of combining theory with practice, mainly using the methods of investigation and analysis, literature and materials, and probes into the performance of moral education function of campus culture, which is based on the analysis of the dialectical relationship between campus culture and moral education. Characteristics, challenges and problems faced at present, and put forward the way to play the function of moral education of campus culture. The full text includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. Starting with the purpose and significance of the topic, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the moral education function of the campus culture and the present situation of the research at home and abroad, and explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the paper. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concepts of "culture", "campus culture", "moral education function" and so on, so as to delineate the object scope and main content of the full text. Then it analyzes the dialectical relationship between campus culture and moral education and the necessity of giving play to the function of campus culture moral education, thus laying a theoretical foundation for the later research. The third chapter expounds the functions of campus culture, such as educational orientation, edifying infection, behavior norm, etc., and demonstrates the relevant characteristics of the moral education function of campus culture. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and challenges to play the function of campus culture moral education under the current situation. The fifth chapter is the countermeasure thinking of the article. In view of the problems and challenges in the process of the moral education of campus culture, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions in order to put forward practical suggestions for the exertion of the function of moral education of campus culture. The conclusion part restates the research significance of the thesis and emphasizes the importance of moral education in the construction of campus culture in order to give full play to the moral education function of campus culture.
