基于主成分分析法的重庆高校辅导员工作满意度影响因素研究
[Abstract]:Views of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on further strengthening and improving ideological and political Education of College students (document No. 16 of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee [2004]) and the regulations on the Construction of counselors in Colleges and Universities (Chinese people) Decree No. 24 of the Ministry of Education of the people's Republic clearly states: "College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students. It is an important part of the faculty of colleges and universities and the party and government management team. " Paying close attention to counselors' job satisfaction and exploring the main factors affecting counselors' job satisfaction are aimed at promoting the development of counselors' team and thus promoting the efficiency of student management. Through on-the-spot investigation on the work of college counselors in Chongqing, this paper finds out the main factors that affect the counselors' job satisfaction, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures combined with the improvement of the job satisfaction. This study mainly includes six parts: the first part is introduction, which clarifies the background of the topic, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, determines the main contents and methods of the research, and provides the basis for the follow-up research; The second part is literature review, focusing on the related theory and research situation of job satisfaction; the third part introduces the design process and steps of the research; The fourth part uses principal component analysis to analyze the questionnaire and its results, and the fifth part further discusses the influence degree and results of different factors on job satisfaction. In the sixth part, according to the research results, the author gives some suggestions on how to improve the counselor's job satisfaction from three levels: individual, school and society. This paper mainly studies the job satisfaction of counselors from four dimensions: job recognition, job treatment, school management and work environment. The results are as follows: (1) on the whole, counselors' cognition of work is at a relatively satisfactory level, in which job recognition satisfaction is higher and job treatment satisfaction is the lowest; (2) there were significant differences in sex, age, length of work, number of students with class, type of student, residence, total income of the whole year, but there was no significant difference in the variables of counselor type. Therefore, in order to improve the job satisfaction of counselors, on the one hand, the government and schools should attach great importance to the work of counselors, constantly improve the status of counselors, and promote the construction of the system; On the other hand, we should conscientiously implement the relevant policies to promote the development of counselors, speed up the professional and expert construction of counselors, and promote the development of their careers.
