【摘要】：研究生的择业观是研究生（硕士）群体对于职业选择的一般观点，反映了社会职业属性与研究生群体的需要之间的关系，对其今后的职业生涯起着指导作用。在我国，研究生作为各级领导机构决策者的重要来源和将来建设物质文明、精神文明、政治文明的骨干力量，其择业观状况，在一定程度上关系到我国技术、科学、文化工作者队伍的素质，关系到党和国家的命运和前途，也直接关系着我国社会主义现代化建设大业的兴衰成败。本文查阅了大量相关书籍和已有的文献论文，对研究生择业观现状进行了系统的分析，归纳了其择业观的特点，看到了其择业观存在的问题，进而分析了影响他们择业观的深层原因，包括社会、学校、个人、家庭因素等等，针对这些影响因素，提出了培养研究生良好择业观的方法与途径，这有助于硕士生形成科学的、符合时代发展要求的择业观；有利于他们充分、及时、顺利的就业；有利于“科教兴国”战略的顺利实施。本文分为四个部分。第一部分界定了研究生择业观的概念，概述了择业观的研究现状以及我国择业观教育的现状，提出了研究当代研究生择业观以及加强择业观教育的必要性。第二部分是在查阅分析大量相关文献及论文著作之后，归纳出当代研究生择业观的现状、特点。现状从择业价值取向、择业心理动机、择业认知状况和择业实现途径等方面进行分析，，归纳出研究生择业观的特点，进而第三部分剖析了影响研究生择业观的的深层原因：社会因素、学校教育因素、制度政策因素、家庭因素以及个人因素等。第四部分，针对原因提出了如何培养研究生良好的择业观：即社会、学校、家庭要发挥合力作用，共同帮助研究生树立科学的择业观，研究生自身要通过调整期望值和端正自我意识以及增强自身的竞争力来完成择业观的转变。
[Abstract]:Graduate student's job choice view is the general viewpoint of graduate student (master) group on career choice, which reflects the relationship between the social occupation attribute and the needs of graduate student group, and plays a guiding role in their future career. In China, graduate students, as important sources of decision-makers at all levels of leading organizations, and the backbone of building material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization in the future, have a certain degree of relevance to our technology and science. The quality of the team of cultural workers is related to the fate and future of the Party and the country, and also to the success or failure of the great cause of socialist modernization in China. This article has consulted a large number of related books and the existing literature papers, has carried on the systematic analysis to the graduate student's job choice view present situation, has summarized its job choice view's characteristic, has seen its employment view existence question, has carried on the systematic analysis to the graduate student's employment view present situation, Then it analyzes the deep-seated reasons, including society, school, individual, family and so on, and puts forward the methods and ways to cultivate a good outlook on job selection for graduate students, according to these factors, and then analyzes the deep-seated reasons that affect their view of choosing a job. This helps master students to form a scientific, in line with the requirements of the development of the times to choose a job; Conducive to their full, timely, smooth employment; conducive to the smooth implementation of the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education". This paper is divided into four parts. The first part defines the concept of postgraduates' view of job selection, summarizes the status quo of the research on it and the present situation of education of it in our country, and puts forward the necessity of studying the view of choice of post-graduate students and strengthening the education of it. In the second part, after consulting and analyzing a large number of related literatures and papers, the present situation and characteristics of contemporary postgraduates' view on job selection are summarized. The present situation is analyzed from the aspects of value orientation, psychological motivation, cognition and realization, etc., and the characteristics of postgraduates' view of job selection are summarized. In the third part, the author analyzes the deep-seated reasons: social factor, school education factor, institution and policy factor, family factor and individual factor, etc. The fourth part, according to the reason, put forward how to cultivate the graduate student's good view of choosing a job: that is, the society, the school, the family should give full play to the joint action, help the graduate student to set up the scientific view of choosing a job together, Graduate students themselves should adjust expectations and self-awareness and enhance their competitiveness to complete the change of career outlook.
