以德为先理念在民办高校学生柔性管理中的运用

【摘要】：民办高校是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分，它和公办高校一样，肩负着为我们党培养社会主义合格接班人的重任。近几年来民办高校飞速发展，不仅在办学数量上达到了前所未有的水平，而且在办学质量上也有了很大的提高，，对我国高等教育事业的发展起到了十分重要的促进作用。但是不可否认，目前我国民办高校在办学理念、办学模式等方面还有一些问题需要加以改进，民办高校要真正实现从量变到质变的飞跃，还需要融入更为科学、合理的教育管理理念。柔性管理中以德为先理念就是民办高校在办学上，实现从量变到质变飞跃式发展的一种先进的教育理念。因此，研究以德为先理念在民办高校柔性管理中的运用，不仅具有一定的理论意义，而且更具有重要的实践意义。本文以“以德为先”理念在民办高校学生柔性管理中的运用为研究对象，从解释相关概念和基本理论入手，首先阐述了民办高校、柔性管理和以德为先的内涵、特征、意义等，并重点研究了柔性管理中的以德为先理念与高校德育教育的关系。其次，研究了我国民办高校的发展历程和发展状况，从中寻找到目前我国民办高校柔性管理中存在的问题，并对这些问题进行深度的思考，归纳和总结这些问题产生的原因，表明在民办高校柔性管理中贯彻以德为先理念可以很好地解决这些问题。柔性管理中以德为先理念是在研究人们心理和行为规律的基础上，把中国儒家传统道德文化引入到现代管理学中，把道德教化作为民办高校柔性管理的重点。最后，文章阐述了民办高校柔性管理中贯彻以德为先理念的方式和途径，为民办高校德育研究工作，提供了自己的思路和见解。提高民办高校德育工作的实效性就要在柔性管理中树立“以德为先”的理念，注重德育工作的实践评价作用，改进德育工作的方式、方法，将科学的人生观、价值观、伦理道德规范融入到民办高校的德育工作中，从而实现民办高校更好更快的发展。
[Abstract]:Private colleges and universities are an important part of higher education in China, which, like public universities, shoulder the important task of cultivating qualified successors of socialism for our party. In recent years, the rapid development of private colleges and universities has not only reached an unprecedented level in the number of schools, but also greatly improved the quality of running schools, and played a very important role in promoting the development of higher education in China. However, it is undeniable that there are still some problems to be improved in the concept of running a school, the mode of running a school, and so on. In order to truly realize the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change, private colleges and universities still need to be integrated into more science. Rational educational management concept. The idea of "moral first" in flexible management is a kind of advanced educational idea, which realizes the rapid development from quantitative change to qualitative change in the running of private colleges and universities. Therefore, it not only has certain theoretical significance, but also has important practical significance to study the application of the idea of "virtue first" in the flexible management of civilian-run colleges and universities. Based on the application of the concept of "taking morality as the first" in the flexible management of students in private colleges and universities, this paper starts with the explanation of the related concepts and basic theories, and firstly expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of the flexible management and morality-first in the private colleges and universities. It also focuses on the relationship between moral education and moral education in flexible management. Secondly, the paper studies the development process and development situation of private colleges and universities in our country, and finds out the problems existing in flexible management of private colleges and universities in our country at present, and deeply ponders these problems, sums up and summarizes the causes of these problems. It shows that it can solve these problems well in the flexible management of civilian-run colleges and universities by carrying out the idea of "morality first". On the basis of studying the law of people's psychology and behavior, the traditional moral culture of Confucianism is introduced into modern management in flexible management, and moral education is regarded as the focus of flexible management in civilian-run colleges and universities. Finally, the paper expounds the way and way of carrying out the idea of "moral first" in the flexible management of civilian-run colleges and universities, and provides their own ideas and opinions for the study of moral education in private colleges and universities. To improve the effectiveness of moral education work in civilian-run colleges and universities, we should establish the idea of "moral first" in flexible management, pay attention to the practical evaluation function of moral education work, improve the way and method of moral education work, integrate the scientific outlook on life and values, Ethics and moral norms are integrated into the moral education work of private colleges and universities, so as to achieve better and faster development of private colleges and universities.
