高校校园幸福文化模式构建研究

【摘要】：高校校园文化在一定程度上是大学校园精神的彰显，当今大学校园文化的建设情况关系到大学自身、在校学生及其全体教职员工的未来发展。构建高校校园幸福文化对于满足全体师生员工的幸福体验、发挥其能动性、促进其自身发展有着重要的意义，同时也将有效地促进高校的发展。本文以“幸福”为落脚点，通过研究高校校园幸福文化的内涵与高校校园幸福文化建设的现状，进一步探究将幸福文化注入高校校园文化后，对高校校园文化建设起到的重大优化作用，以此来探讨高校校园幸福文化建设模式。本文从大量搜集文献、研究资料及进行问卷调查出发，在分析古今中外幸福文化及其价值启示的基础上，基于教育的人文关怀思考，分析探讨高校校园幸福文化建设功能及其建设现状，，从高校面临的实际情况入手，引发具有科学性和引领性的高校校园幸福文化模式构建思考，系统、全面地分析此模式构建的建议与对策。 本文在前人研究的基础上，进行观点与视角的创新，运用文献研究、调查研究和逻辑推演法对知识脉络进行分析梳理，以幸福观及幸福文化概述、高校校园幸福文化的构成要素及功能、高校校园幸福文化建设的现状分析为研究重点，力求突破研究文献少，研究内容有限，综合哲学、心理学、社会学等学科知识进行研究等难点，围绕物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四个层面，探讨有效的高校校园幸福文化模式，并对此模式的逻辑结构、功能进行探讨。
[Abstract]:To a certain extent, the campus culture is the manifestation of the campus spirit. The construction of the campus culture is related to the future development of the university itself, the students and all the teaching staff in the university. The construction of campus happiness culture in colleges and universities is of great significance for satisfying the happiness experience of all teachers and students, giving full play to its initiative and promoting its own development. At the same time, it will also effectively promote the development of colleges and universities. This article takes "happiness" as the foothold, through studying the connotation of the campus happiness culture and the present situation of the university campus happiness culture construction, further explores the happiness culture after infusing the happiness culture into the university campus culture. It plays an important role in optimizing the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, so as to probe into the construction mode of campus happiness culture in colleges and universities. Based on a large number of literature collection, research materials and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the culture of happiness and its value enlightenment in ancient and modern times and on the basis of humanistic concern based on education. This paper analyzes and discusses the construction function and present situation of campus happiness culture in colleges and universities, starts with the actual situation faced by colleges and universities, and leads to the thinking and systematic construction of the scientific and leading cultural model of happiness culture on campus of colleges and universities. The suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of this model are analyzed in an all-round way. On the basis of previous research, this paper innovates the viewpoint and angle of view, analyzes and combs the knowledge vein with the methods of literature research, investigation research and logical inference, and summarizes the concept of happiness and the culture of happiness. The constituent elements and functions of college campus happiness culture, the analysis of the current situation of campus happiness culture construction as the research focus, strive to break through the lack of research literature, limited research content, comprehensive philosophy, psychology, This paper discusses the effective cultural model of campus happiness in colleges and universities around the four levels of material culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and spiritual culture, and probes into the logical structure and function of this model in the light of the difficulties in the study of sociology and other disciplines.
