高校大学生学习动机研究

【摘要】:学习动机是推动大学生学习的根本动力,作为高校教育工作者,我们往往只看到学生学习积极性和主动性差的现象,把学生不爱学习的事实归咎于紧张高考之后的彻底放松,而疏于了解学生学习的动机所在。事物的发展由内因起主要作用,学习活动的结果如何同样取决于学习者本身,当学习活动出现差异,除了学习者的智商、方式外,很大程度上取决于学生是否具有学习动机、学习动机是否明确,本文采用文献资料法、比较研究法、调查分析法和实证研究法对大学生学习动机进行探讨。在调查中,发放问卷1200份,回收有效问卷1160份,通过对所得数据进行分析,一方面获得当前高校大学生学习动机现状最直接的资料,一定程度上弥补了当前高校大学生学习动机研究内容和结构等的不足,另一方面较详细了解了高校大学生学习动机的结构特点,为有效培养学生良好的学习动机提供客观依据和现实指导,增强大学生学习方面教育管理的针对性。 调查的结果表明,大学生的学习动机在性别、学科、年级、城乡上存在着明显差异,如何培养学生的学习动机,单一的力量是不够的,需要学生本人、学校、教师、思政工作者以及社会的共同努力。
[Abstract]:Learning motivation is the fundamental power to promote the study of college students. As an educator in the university, we often only see the phenomenon of the students' enthusiasm and initiative difference, and the fact that the students do not love to study is attributed to the complete relaxation after the intensive college entrance examination. And it's the motive for students to learn. The development of things is the main function of the internal cause, and how the results of the learning activity also depend on the learners themselves, and when the learning activities are different, the learning motivation and the motivation of the students are determined to a great extent on the basis of whether the students have the learning motivation or not, This paper discusses the learning motivation of college students by means of literature, comparative study, investigation and empirical study. In the survey,1200 questionnaires were issued and 1160 effective questionnaires were collected. Through the analysis of the obtained data, on the one hand, the most direct data of the current learning motivation of the college students in the current university was obtained, and the deficiency of the study content and structure of the current college students' learning motivation was made up to a certain extent. On the other hand, we have a detailed understanding of the structural characteristics of the college students' learning motivation, provide the objective basis and practical guidance for the effective cultivation of the students' good learning motivation, and enhance the pertinence of the education management in the study of the college students. The results of the investigation show that the learning motivation of the college students is different from the sex, the subject, the grade and the urban and rural areas, and how to train the students' learning motivation, the single power is not enough, and the students themselves, the schools, the teachers, the ideological and political workers and the community's joint are required.
