郑州升达经贸管理学院学生管理工作研究

【摘要】：伴随着改革开放的不断发展,民办高校重新兴起并得到了很好的发展。尤其是在《民办教育促进法》颁布实施以后,民办高校迅速发展,并已成为我国高等教育大众化的重要生力军,同时也是构成我国高等教育不可或缺的一部分。1999年全国高校大规模扩招,2002年12月,《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》通过,民办高校的地位凸显,民办高校的设立与管理得以规范,随着国家对民办教育的鼓励政策不断出台,各民办高校如雨后春笋般纷纷成立,发展迅猛。 本课题结合民办高校郑州升达经贸管理学院的特点,从教育行政管理的视角分析新形势下民办高校学生主体、学校及高等教育改革的现状出发,指出新形势下民办高校学生管理工作应树立以人为本的管理理念,积极探索适应时代要求的民办高校学生管理新模式,改革和创新民办高校学生管理工作。 通过本课题的研究旨在让人们在教育行政管理的视角下更好的认识民办高校学生管理工作的特殊性、复杂性,以便采用更好的方法和措施来解决民办高校的学生管理问题。同时,改革传统的教育体制下的管理模式、管理理念的弊端,树立以人为本的管理理念,发挥管理者的管理能力和被管理者参与管理的积极性,解决当前学生管理工作中存在的种种问题,对提高民办高等学校学生管理工作的水平具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of reform and opening-up, private colleges and universities have re-emerged and got a good development. Especially after the promulgation and implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education, non-governmental colleges and universities have developed rapidly and have become an important new force in the popularization of higher education in China. At the same time, it is also an indispensable part of the higher education in our country. The establishment and management of civilian-run colleges and universities have been standardized. Along with the encouraging policies of the state to non-governmental education, the private colleges and universities have been established one after another and developed rapidly. Based on the characteristics of Zhengzhou Shengda School of Economic and Trade Management, this paper analyzes the current situation of the reform of students, schools and higher education in private colleges and universities from the perspective of educational administration. It is pointed out that the student management work in private colleges and universities under the new situation should establish a people-oriented management concept, actively explore a new model of student management in private colleges and universities to meet the requirements of the times, and reform and innovate the student management work in civilian-run colleges and universities. The purpose of this study is to make people better understand the particularity and complexity of student management in private colleges and universities from the perspective of educational administration, so as to adopt better methods and measures to solve the problems of student management in private colleges and universities. At the same time, reform the management mode under the traditional education system, the malpractice of the management idea, set up the people-oriented management idea, give full play to the management ability of the manager and the enthusiasm of the manager to participate in the management. It is of great significance to improve the level of student management in private institutions of higher learning in order to solve the problems existing in the current student management work.
