高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课是大学生思想政治理论教育的主渠道,新形势下高校思想政治理论课教师要肩负大学生思想政治教育的艰巨任务,这不仅需要高校思想政治理论课教师落实“05方案”的新要求,更需要有理论功底深厚、学术能力尖端,拥有学科顶层设计引领能力,在课堂教育教学中具有说服力和感染力的高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才,这是人才资源是第一资源的时代呼唤,也是人才强校的客观需要,更是当代高校青年学子的殷切期盼。 本文运用文献法和分析法等方法,从目前高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养的现状入手,界定出高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才的基本内涵,在分析高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养中存在的问题及其成因的基础上,深入探索高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养行之有效的途径。本文研究丰富了马克思主义人才理论和思想政治教育理论内容,完善了人才培养理论体系,有利于深入开展高校思想政治理论课科学研究,完善马克思主义理论学科建设,增强了高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性,对实现人才强校都具有十分重要的意义。 本文重点从四部分内容论述,第一部分:绪论。介绍了本论文研究的背景、研究的目的和意义、国内外现状以及研究的方法和路线等。第二部分:概述。界定了高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才的概念、特征等基本内涵,归纳高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养的类型,探索高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才的成长规律。第三部分:现状。分析了高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养现状,指出存在的问题并找到原因。第四部分:培养途径。明确高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才培养目标,通过科学的体制建设和机制保障,完善专业化的培养策略,创造高校思想政治理论课教师拔尖人才良好的成长环境。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main channel of ideological and political theory education of college students. Under the new situation, teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should shoulder the arduous task of ideological and political education of college students. This requires not only the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to implement the new requirements of the "05 Plan", but also the profound theoretical foundation, the cutting-edge academic ability, and the ability to guide the top-level design of the discipline. In the classroom education teaching has the persuasive force and the appeal university ideological and political theory lesson teacher top talented person, this is the talented person resource is the first resource times call, also is the talented person strong school objective demand, It is also the eagerness of the young students in contemporary colleges and universities. By using the methods of literature and analysis, this paper defines the basic connotation of the top-notch talents of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, starting with the present situation of the top-notch personnel training of the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of the top-notch talents in the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, this paper probes into the effective ways of cultivating the top-notch talents in the courses of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities. The research in this paper enriches the theoretical contents of Marxist talent theory and ideological and political education, and improves the theoretical system of talent training, which is conducive to the further scientific research of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and to the construction of Marxist theoretical disciplines. It is of great significance to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on four parts of the content, the first part: introduction. This paper introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the present situation at home and abroad, the research methods and routes, and so on. Part II: Overview. This paper defines the concept and characteristics of the top-notch talents of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, sums up the types of cultivation of the top-of-the-line talents of the teachers of the courses of ideological and political theories of colleges and universities, and probes into the growing law of the top talents of the teachers of the courses of ideological Part III: status quo. This paper analyzes on the present situation of cultivating top-notch talents of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, points out the existing problems and finds out the reasons. Part IV: the way of cultivation. It is clear that the aim of cultivating the top talents of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should be made clear. Through the scientific system construction and mechanism guarantee, the professional training strategy should be perfected to create a good environment for the development of top talents of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
