【摘要】：新的实践呼唤新的理论，新的理论需要在新的实践中检验。科学发展观与大学生思想政治教育两者的关系并不是静止、孤立的，而是一种相互影响、相互作用的辩证统一关系。一方面，科学发展观是新时期指引大学生思想政治教育创新的指导思想，另一方面大学生思想政治教育是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的重要途径。以科学发展观的理论指导大学生思想政治教育工作，以大学生思想政治教育的绩效来推进科学发展观的实施。 本论文研究立足于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，以科学发展观为武器，发挥科学发展观在大学生思想政治教育中的引领作用。通过深入了解科学发展观的内涵，剖析大学生思想政治教育的现状，提出以科学发展观引领大学生思想政治教育的途径。近年来，高校为大学生思想政治教育做出了巨大的努力，逐步加强思想政治教育主渠道的育人功能，初步探索出实践育人新思路，全员育人新理念，开辟了网络思想政治教育新阵地，取得了较大的成绩。但大学生思想政治教育是一项长期性、艰巨性、系统性的工程，要使大学生思想政治教育科学发展，就要开辟各种渠道，凝聚各种力量在全社会形成合力，营造育人氛围。以科学发展观引领大学生思想政治教育就是要深化对大学生思想政治教育规律的认识，围绕社会主义“建设者和接班人”的教育目标，促进大学生全面发展，并按照科学发展观的要求，创新大学生思想政治教育途径。 本研究内容由四个部分组成。第一部分，主要阐明以科学发展观引领大学生思想政治教育的研究背景、意义、当前研究现状以及研究思路、方法和创新等。第二部分，主要阐明科学发展观引领大学生思想政治教育的意义。第三部分，大学生思想政治教育现状，集中分析了大学生思想政治状况，大学生思想政治教育的状况，总结了高校在大学生思想政治教育上做出的努力以及取得的经验。第四部分，，以科学发展观引领大学生思想政治教育的途径，从把握大学生思想政治教育规律入手，将大学生定位为社会主义建设者和接班人的高度来促进大学生全面发展，并按照科学发展观的要求，创新思想政治教育理念、模式、方式方法、制度文化等方面，以实现大学生思想政治教育长远发展。

In order to realize the long-term development of college students' ideological and political education, the concept, mode, method and system culture of ideological and political education should be innovated according to the requirement of scientific development view.
