和谐社会视野下的大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】：近年来我国经济发展速度较快,人民生活水平不断提高,然而我国的就业率却没有跟上经济发展的速度。就业是一个国家的经济和政治景气的最重要的指标,在全球处于经济形势复杂多变的今天,增加就业是每个国家都面临的根本性挑战。就业是民生之本,是每一个劳动者生存的经济基础和基本的生存保障,也是每一个劳动者进入社会,实现人生价值的重要途径。就业是安国兴邦之策,关系到社会的改革发展稳定的大局,是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求和题中之义,而大学生又是中国就业问题中的重要而特殊的群体之一,大学生的就业问题能否得到更好地解决,不仅关系到大学生个人,而且会影响家庭、企业、学校、社会等相关利益群体,所以,研究大学生的就业问题对于构建社会主义和谐社会就有重大意义。本文站在和谐社会的视野下,第一部分主要对和谐与和谐社会,就业与大学生就业等基本概念进行了界定,并对国内外的就业理论进行了阐释,主要对马克思的就业理论和西方的就业理论进行了阐释和分析,如新古典学派的“市场供求决定论”,凯恩斯的“有效需求不足理论”、新古典综合派的“结构性失业理论”等为本文的写作提供坚实的理论基础,并对和谐社会与大学生就业的关系进行了深入的分析；第二部分,在对我国当前大学生的就业形势进行分析的基础上,指出了和谐社会构建过程中我国大学生就业存在的不和谐问题；第三部分在分析了就业形势和主要问题的基础上论述了我国大学生就业难的客观原因和主观原因。第四部分,通过借鉴外国大学生就业的经验和我国的现实国情,提出了和谐社会视野下的中国大学生就业问题的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic development of our country is relatively fast, and the living standard of the people is constantly improving. However, the employment rate of our country has not kept up with the speed of economic development. Employment is the most important indicator of a country's economic and political prosperity. Today, when the global economic situation is complex and changeable, increasing employment is a fundamental challenge for every country. Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, the economic foundation and basic survival guarantee of every laborer, and it is also an important way for every laborer to enter the society and realize the value of life. Employment is the policy of tranquilizing the country and rejuvenating the state, which is related to the overall situation of social reform, development and stability, and is the inherent requirement and meaning of building a harmonious socialist society, and college students are one of the important and special groups in the employment problem in China. Whether the employment problem of college students can be better solved is not only related to the individual college students, but also affects the family, enterprises, schools, society and other relevant interest groups. Therefore, It is of great significance to study the employment of college students to build a harmonious socialist society. From the perspective of harmonious society, the first part mainly defines the basic concepts of harmonious and harmonious society, employment and college students' employment, and explains the employment theory at home and abroad. This paper mainly explains and analyzes Marx's employment theory and western employment theory, such as the "market supply and demand determinism" of the neoclassical school and Keynes's "theory of insufficient effective demand". The "structural unemployment Theory" of Neoclassical Comprehensive School provides a solid theoretical basis for the writing of this paper, and makes a deep analysis of the relationship between harmonious society and college students' employment. The second part, based on the analysis of the current employment situation of college students in China, points out the disharmonious problems existing in the employment of college students in the process of building a harmonious society. The third part discusses the objective and subjective reasons of the employment difficulties of college students in China on the basis of analyzing the employment situation and main problems. The fourth part, by drawing lessons from the employment experience of foreign college students and the realistic national conditions of our country, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the employment problem of Chinese college students from the perspective of harmonious society.
