哲学社会科学类师生合著论文署名规范研究

【摘要】:近年来党和国家政府不断发出繁荣哲学社会科学的《意见》和《决定》,指明繁荣哲学社会科学的重要意义,繁荣哲学社会科学要依靠高质量的学术成果,要以对研究人员的激励为核心。论文署名-承认是对科研人员重要的激励方式,目前高校在教师招聘、教师考核和研究生毕业的相关文件中,大多只承认第一作者,而导师和研究生对合著论文的贡献通常难以区分大小,这导致了很多研究生和导师之间的署名争议和矛盾,,不利于师生之间建立科研信任和开展合作研究,合理署名制度急需建立。 本文认为合理的署名制度目标在于繁荣哲学社会科学,同时必须满足以下四个原则:(1)促进科研机制高效运行原则;(2)促进科研可持续发展;(3)公平原则;(4)最小扰动原则。解决师生合著论文署名问题的关键是要承认第二作者的贡献,当学生为第一作者、导师为第二作者时,导师应被视与第一作者同等贡献,获得同等承认。所以本文提出设置并认可通讯作者作为解决师生两人合著署名问题的方案,在成果统计中每位作者算1篇。导师作为通讯作者,需要承担确保论文质量和真实性的责任,发挥与读者和期刊的通讯作用。通讯作者作为一种解决师生合著署名的制度设计,需要现有制度从两个方面进行调整:(1)所有哲学社会科学期刊杂志应允许作为第二作者的导师标注为通讯作者;(2)高校人事部门、课题管理单位及评奖机构应该将导师署名通讯作者视为第一作者。 本文讨论通讯作者作为一种署名制度,能够解决当前哲学社会科学类师生两人合著署名问题,促进哲学社会科学师生合作研究和后备人才培养。促进哲学社会科学的繁荣,需要更多学者关注哲学社会科学合著署名问题,为合作研究者提供有利的政策环境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Party and state governments have continuously issued the "opinions" and "decisions" on the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, pointing out the significance of prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, and the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences depends on high-quality academic achievements. It is necessary to focus on the motivation of researchers. The signature of the paper-recognition is an important way to encourage scientific researchers. At present, most of the relevant documents on teacher recruitment, teacher assessment and graduate graduation in colleges and universities only recognize the first author. However, the contribution of mentors and graduate students to co-authoring papers is usually difficult to distinguish, which leads to the signed disputes and contradictions between many graduate students and mentors, which is not conducive to the establishment of scientific research trust and cooperative research between teachers and students. A reasonable signature system is in urgent need of establishment. This paper holds that the goal of reasonable signature system is to prosper philosophy and social sciences, and the following four principles must be satisfied: (1) to promote the efficient operation of scientific research mechanism, (2) to promote the sustainable development of scientific research, (3) to promote the principle of fairness, and (3) to promote the sustainable development of scientific research. (4) the principle of minimum disturbance. The key to solve the problem of signing papers co-authored by teachers and students is to recognize the contribution of the second author. When the student is the first author and the tutor is the second author, the tutor should be regarded as the same contribution and the same recognition as the first author. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up and approve the communication author as a solution to the problem of co-authoring between teachers and students, and each author calculates one article in the result statistics. As the author of communication, the tutor should take on the responsibility of ensuring the quality and authenticity of the paper and play the role of communication with readers and periodicals. As a kind of system design to solve the problem of teacher-student co-author signature, the existing system needs to be adjusted from two aspects: (1) all philosophical and social science journals and magazines should be allowed to be marked as communication authors as mentors of second authors; (2) personnel departments, subject management units and award evaluation institutions in colleges and universities should regard the signed communication author as the first author. This paper discusses that the author of communication, as a signature system, can solve the problem of co-authoring between teachers and students of philosophy and social sciences, and promote the cooperative research of teachers and students of philosophy and social sciences and the cultivation of reserve talents. To promote the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, more scholars need to pay attention to the signature of philosophy and social sciences, so as to provide a favorable policy environment for cooperative researchers.
