英国大学生就业能力开发研究
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, the reform of labor market, the pressure of international competition, the knowledge and skills provided by higher education are out of touch with the demand of talent market, and the demand for higher education to improve employment is increasing. All these urge governments to pay attention to the employment problem and the development of employment ability of college graduates. Britain paid attention to this field earlier. It examined the problem of college student training from the strategic point of view of human resources development, and issued a series of policy documents, which has great reference significance for our country to solve the employment problem of college students. In order to promote the improvement of employability, the United Kingdom has established partnerships at all levels and formed an alliance of government departments, third-party institutions, research institutions, enterprises, and so on. Ensure close cooperation to promote and supervise the formulation and implementation of employment capacity development strategy. British colleges and universities have taken some concrete measures, such as implanting employment skills into courses, creating diverse job experience opportunities, strengthening employment service support, and using personal development plans to promote students' reflection on the employment ability of college students. Generally speaking, some achievements have been made in the development, and considerable changes have taken place in the curriculum of higher education, but it has also exposed the problems of different degrees of development in colleges and universities. This paper attempts to draw lessons from the unique practice of the development of college students' employability in Britain, and to provide useful enlightenment for the cultivation of talents, especially for the development of college students' employability in our country. Our country should form the policy support given by the government, reform the training plan of colleges and universities and improve the quality of personnel training, enterprises should actively provide internship posts and feedback suggestions, and students should take the initiative to practice and reflect on them. The cohesion of many forces is conducive to the successful construction of the system of cultivating college students' employability.
