论当代大学生自我价值观的培养

【摘要】:价值观问题在近年来受到社会学家、伦理学家、心理学家和管理学家的普遍关注,而大学生作为当今社会群体的重要组成部分,其价值观特别是关于自我对自身所具有的价值的自我认识、评判、取向和选择等都与社会政治、经济、文化结构的变化密切相关。加强对当代大学生自我价值观的培养,立足我国改革开放社会主义市场经济的社会背景和全球化、信息化的时代背景,从变化了的实际出发来分析和研究当今整个社会变迁对于大学生自我价值观的影响及其大学生自身在自我价值方面的认识和观点,对于大学生的自我价值实现和整个社会进步都具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。国内外学者在自我价值观方面有了一定的研究和思考,但关于大学生自我价值观及其培养的研究不是很多,在一些问题上没有形成共识和较好的体系。本文在已有研究的基础上,结合当前大学生自我价值观的形成过程和特点,在参考和研究大量的文献材料的基础上,论述了自我价值观的内涵、功能、特征,阐述了大学生自我价值观培养的内涵和具体表现,分析了培养大学生自我价值观的理论依据和现实需要,针对当代大学生自我价值观培养的现状探究了培养的具体对策。 本文分三个部分展开分析和论述: 第一部分首先概括了关于价值观的相关理论,包括价值观的特征、结构与内容,为自我价值观含义的确定和分析奠定了基础。论述了价值观是人们关于客体对主体的意义、作用、效应的一般观点、总评价和总看法,是人们所持有的一种关于价值的系统化、理论化的观念体系,是对人、对事是否具有有用性、重要性所持有的基本立场、观点、态度,是价值意识的核心;具有评价的主观性、行为的选择性、稳定性与可变性相统一、社会历史性和意识的倾向性;立足我国黄希庭学者等人的研究方法和需要,进一步扩展为政治价值观、道德价值观、审美价值观、宗教价值观、职业价值观、人际价值观、婚恋价值观、自我价值观、人生价值观和幸福价值观等十种价值观结构。 其次,阐述了当代大学生自我价值观的内涵,在区分了自我价值与个人价值的基础上,,把自我价值观定义为是自身对自己价值的评价和看法的综合,涉及到认识、情感和行为评判的各个方面,对于个体自身更好地认识自己、调节与社会的矛盾、调节人与人之间、人与自然之间的关系都具有重大的意义,是在自我的肯定和评价中产生的对自我实现和自我价值的开放的动力系统,具有内在的力量性和外在的互动性。并就其功能做了一定的分析,为后文自我价值观的特征分析及其当代大学生自我价值观培养奠定了基础,指出自我价值观的特征。 最后,分析了当代大学生自我价值观培养的内涵,在对当代大学生自我价值观能够通过教育得以培养的可行性分析下,针对当代大学生自我价值观能够在明确大学生自身的需要下得以培养,并指出培养大学生自我价值观的具体方向。 第二部分,分析关于当代大学生自我价值观培养的理论和现实。本文从马克思关于自我价值实现、人本主义的理论和当代全球化、网络化的时代背景和市场经济发展的形势下大学生自我价值观培养及其形成过程中实际出现的新情况几个角度为强调当代大学生自我价值观的培养提供理论和实践的依据。 第三部分,分析当代大学生自我价值观培养的对策。首先明确了当代大学生自我价值观培养的三个原则---理解性原则、主体性原则、实践性原则。接着本文就当代大学生自我价值观的培养离不开大学生自身的主观努力,同时大学生自我价值观是在一定的社会环境和时代背景下产生的分析,指出对大学生自我价值观的培养和建构也是一个庞大的社会系统工程,需要全社会各方面的共同努力来协同完成。至此,大学生自我价值观的培养应从两方面着手,既注重大学生自身内在心理的的修炼、自身主观的努力,又要注重外在环境的构建和创造两方面对大学生自我价值观培养提出了一系列的对策和路径。
[Abstract]:The value problem has been paid more and more attention by sociologists, ethicists, psychologists and management experts in recent years, and college students, as an important part of today's social groups, have their values, especially the self-understanding and evaluation of the value of self-respect. The orientation and choice are closely related to the changes of social politics, economy and cultural structure. To strengthen the cultivation of the self-value of contemporary college students, based on the social background of the socialist market economy and the background of globalization and information, The paper analyses and studies the influence of the whole social change on the self-value of the college students and the self-worth of the college students. It is of great theoretical and practical value to realize the self-value realization and the whole social progress of the college students. The domestic and foreign scholars have some research and thought in the aspect of self-value, but the research on the college students' self-values and their cultivation is not a lot, and there is no consensus and better system in some problems. On the basis of the existing research, the paper discusses the connotation, function and characteristics of the self-value on the basis of the reference and study of the literature material, based on the formation process and characteristics of the current college students' self-values. This paper expounds the connotation and the concrete performance of the self-value cultivation of the college students, analyzes the theoretical basis and the practical need for cultivating the self-value of the college students, and probes into the concrete countermeasures for the cultivation of the current situation of the self-value cultivation of the contemporary college students. This paper is divided into three parts: analysis and discussion The first part first summarizes the relevant theories about the values, including the characteristics, structure and contents of the values, and lays the foundation for the determination and analysis of the meaning of the self-values. The value is the general idea, the general evaluation and the general view about the meaning, function and effect of the object on the subject. The second part analyzes the reason of the self-value cultivation of contemporary college students. The third part analyzes the self-value of contemporary college students The article first defines three principles of self-value cultivation of contemporary college students--the principle of understanding and the principle of subjectivity. The practice principle is that the self-value of the contemporary college students can not be separated from the subjective efforts of the college students, and the self-values of the college students are in a certain social environment and background. The result of the analysis indicates that the cultivation and construction of the college students' self-values is also a huge social system engineering, which requires the joint efforts of all aspects of the whole society So far, the cultivation of college students' self-values should be carried out in two aspects, which not only pays attention to the cultivation of the inner psychology of the college students, but also pays attention to the construction of the environment and the creation of two aspects of the self-value cultivation of the college students.
