中国海外留学生跨文化适应研究

随着通讯技术和交通技术的迅猛发展,世界范围内的全球化现象已经遍及到教育领域。教育全球化为许多人异国求学提供了良好的机遇。留学生的大量涌现是教育全球化的典型代表。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,过去几十年在各个领域取得了长足进步。中国海外留学生作为迅速壮大的群体,也越来越受到学术界的普遍关注。为深入调查中国留学生的异域生活,本文针对他们的跨文化适应进行了详尽研究。本文以Kalvero Oberg的文化休克、Sverre Lysgaard的U型跨文化适应模式、Yong Yun Kim的压力—适应—成长动态跨文化适应模式、John W. Berry的融合—同化—隔离—边缘化四种适应策略、Yong Yun Kim的跨文化适应结构模式和Stella Ting-Toomey的既有因素为理论框架,首先对“中国海外留学生”和“跨文化适应”两个核心概念进行了理论界定,然后提出了贯穿全文始终的三个研究问题。第一,中国海外留学生跨文化适应的普遍性和相似性是什么;第二,中国海外留学生在跨文化适应过程中都采取了哪些适应策略,哪种策略最受欢迎;第三,中国海外留学生的跨文化适应受到哪些内部因素和外部因素的影响,这些...
