“学分银行”模式下成人学籍协同管理的路径与对策分析

【摘要】：本文认为成人继续教育是建立终生学习制度的一种追加型教育,具有灵活性、开放性、终身性的特点。"学分银行"模式的推行可构建成人继续教育学习成果互认和转换的新型学籍管理体制。实施"学分银行"模式下学籍协同管理的路径与对策应从几个方面分析:国家法规政策、行政管理机构、开放服务体系、数字化服务平台、新型学籍协同管理体系、试点实验。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that adult continuing education is a kind of supplementary education to establish lifelong learning system, which has the characteristics of flexibility, openness and lifetime. " The implementation of the "Credit Bank" model can construct a new management system of student status which can recognize and transform the learning achievements of adult continuing education. The paths and countermeasures of cooperative management of student status under the mode of "Credit Bank" should be analyzed from several aspects: national laws and regulations, administrative institutions, open service system, digital service platform, new cooperative management system of student status, pilot experiment.
