【摘要】：灵敏素质属于身体素质的范畴。身体素质包括力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质、灵敏素质和柔韧素质。近年来,协调和平衡也被列入其中。以往的研究认为灵敏素质是人体反应速度、躲闪速度的总和。反应速度决定于反应时的长短和动作速度的快慢,而躲闪速度与力量和柔软有关。因此,一个人的灵敏素质与反应时的长短、速度的快慢以及力量素质、速度素质和柔韧素质都有关系,是人体神经系统、精神因素与运动系统相结合的综合能力表现。在以往的有关身体素质研究中,由于灵敏素质的“灵”,涉及到预判等精神因素,所以研究难度较大。少儿年龄阶段是发展灵敏素质的关键时期,儿童少年时期,灵敏素质发展得好,其反应速度、位移速度以及预知预判能力也会随着灵敏素质的发展而发展。因此,研究少年儿童的灵敏素质可全面了解儿童少年身体素质发育状况,针对不同发育水平,采取行之有效的发展措施。儿童少年灵敏素质的提高,将伴随着速度素质、耐力素质等的提高而提高。少年儿童是祖国的花朵,民族的未来,他们身体素质的提高,将有助于全面提高国民族体质的健康水平。荆州市中心城区小学生的灵敏素质状况未见研究。本研究根据专家意见,从若干个灵敏素质测量方法中筛选出4×10米往返跑、侧跨步、象限十字跳和计时立卧撑四种测量方法对荆州市中心城区10-12岁年龄段的小学生进行灵敏素质测试,10岁4×10米往返跑平均值是13.73秒,侧跨步是10次,象限十字跳是13次,计时立卧撑是16次；11岁4×10米往返跑平均值是13.52秒,侧跨步是11次,象限十字跳是14次,计时立卧撑是17次；12岁4×10米往返跑平均值是13秒,侧跨步是11次,象限十字跳是17次,计时立卧撑是19次。对所得数据的客观性、有效性、可靠性进行分析及四项测量数据对比分析,结果,4×10米往返跑、侧跨步、象线十字跳、计时立卧撑可靠性系数均在正常范围内,即测量结果是可靠的,可信赖的。4×10米往返跑、侧跨步、象线十字跳、计时立卧撑有效性可接受。通过四项测量数据对比分析,4×10米往返跑、侧跨步、象线十字跳、计时立卧撑是简便有效的灵敏素质测验方法。研究发现,现有测量方法对灵敏素质研究较大帮助,但对儿童少年灵敏素质中所包含的预知预判能力研究略显不足。因此,灵敏素质现有测试方法有待改进。

In the past, because of the sensitive quality "spirit", to predict the mental factors, so it is difficult to study.
