【摘要】：乒乓球国际级蓝牌裁判培训视频是国际乒乓球联合会为了顺应乒乓球裁判队伍建设的需要,更好、更快、更有效地提高和统一裁判员执裁水平和方式而组织拍摄的一组系列教学视频。该视频已于2014年1月制作完成并投入使用。培训视频的诞生,为国际乒乓球裁判培训事业做出了巨大的贡献,具有非常重大的意义。为了更加充分地研究培训视频的实践和理论价值,本文首先运用参与观察法和专家访谈法对视频研制过程的各个环节进行总结陈述;随即结合教育学的相关理论对视频在教学双重属性下的应用效果进行探究；最后通过运用问卷调查法和数理统计法获得并整理相关数据,套用传播学“议程设置理论”模型分析培训视频的传播效果。结论如下：1.乒乓球国际级蓝牌裁判培训视频经过脚本写作、道具准备、影像采集、声音录入以及后期编辑五个研制环节。表达形式符合影视要求,表达内容通过国际乒联的审批,已于国际级蓝牌裁判培训的提高课程中投入使用。2.28集系列培训视频内容的注入,以及视频研制过程中对于执裁规则的修改和添加,进一步补充和完善了裁判员提高培训课程的内容。培训视频在其教学视频属性下体现出直接而充分的应用效果。3.作为一种多媒体的教学方法,系列培训视频通过规范专家培训方法、扩大培训规模以及提高培训效率三个方面体现了其视频教学属性下的应用效果。4.鉴于传播学“议程设置理论”构建的三种模式：知晓模式、显著和优先模式、衍生模式来分析调查数据,总体来讲,无论是培训专家还是参加培训的裁判员,都对视频的传播效果给予了趋向于“非常满意”的认可程度。表明视频的制作达到了之前的预期,获得了较理想的传播效果。
[Abstract]:Table tennis international blue card referee training video is the International Table Tennis Federation in order to meet the needs of the construction of table tennis referees, better, faster. Firstly, this paper uses the method of participating observation and expert interview to summarize and state each link in the process of video development. Then combined with the relevant theory of pedagogy to explore the application effect of video in teaching dual attributes; Finally, through the use of questionnaires and mathematical statistics to obtain and collate the relevant data. Using the "agenda setting theory" model of communication science to analyze the transmission effect of training video. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Table tennis international blue card referee training video through script writing, props preparation, video capture. Voice input and later editing of five development links. The form of expression meets the requirements of the film and television, the content of the expression through the approval of the International Table Tennis Federation. Has been used in the international blue card referee training enhancement courses. 2.28 series of training video content injection, as well as the video development process for the implementation of the rules of modification and addition. Further complements and perfects the referee to improve the training course content. The training video reflects the direct and full application effect under its teaching video attribute. 3. As a kind of multimedia teaching method. Series of training videos by standardizing expert training methods. Expanding the scale of training and improving training efficiency reflect the application effect under the attribute of video teaching. 4. In view of the communication theory of "agenda setting theory", there are three models: "knowing mode". Significant and priority models, derivative models to analyze survey data, generally speaking, whether it is a training expert or participate in the training of referees. The results show that the video production has reached the previous expectation and achieved a better communication effect.
