【摘要】：在《奥运争光计划》下,湖南省竞技体操运动员用自己的青春换来了金牌,但是他们结束了运动生涯后,逐渐退出人们的视线成为“弱势群体”。运动员退役就业难,造成了湖南体操人才的外流。竞技体操运动员的退役再就业问题成为制约湖南竞技体操发展的因素之一。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,以湖南省竞技体操运动员的再就业问题为研究内容,研究发现:近五年来,湖南省竞技体操退役运动员达39人,从运动员选择退役的时间来看,主要集中在大型赛事后;他们的运动水平主要集中在国际级健将、国家级运动员、国家一级运动员,呈现了“金字塔”式分布。调查发现,湖南省竞技体操运动员退役后去向:部分运动员进入了高校深造,研究认为这与竞技体操运动员退役年龄较小有较大的关系;有留着当教练的(省队,地区等);有进入了企事业单位的;有进入了媒体或影视娱乐圈;有自主创业的;还有极少部分处在待业、失业状态。从就业途径来看,主要有:政府安置和自主择业,并且自主择业的比例逐年增加。当前湖南省竞技体操运动员退役再就业过程存在的问题主要表现在:湖南省竞技体操退役运动员学历较低,他们所具备的职业素养与社会需求岗位能力不匹配;由于社会媒体对部分运动员不良行为的报道形成了社会对竞技体操运动员在就业过程中存在歧视的现象。国家对运动员的安置配套政策不完善,在市场经济的冲击下“政府失灵”现象日益严重;由于缺乏必要的就业指导,退役运动员对当前国家关于运动员退役安置政策的了解程度不够,均成为影响湖南省竞技体操退役运动再就业过程中的荆棘。针对湖南省竞技体操运动员退役再就业的现状和存在的主要问题,研究运用职业生涯、社会化等相关理论认为当前湖南省竞技体操管理部门应该从以下几个方面着手解决竞技体操运动员退役再就业的问题。首先,湖南省体育主管部门应该制定运动员退役再就业的相关政策、法规,逐步完善退役运动员的管理服务措施。积极推进运动员退役保险制度的改革,充分利用政府、社会、企业等多种力量建立健全的退役运动员利益补偿机制。其次,积极推行“体教结合”,通过成立就业培训服务机构,加强对退役运动员的职业技能培训,培养退役运动员的生存技能。最后,运动员选材采用科学的方法,并将科学充分运用到整个训练过程当中,提高训练队队员的成材率。在训练的过程中让运动员树立正确的择业观,提高运动员的就业能力。

The survey found that Hunan province gymnastics athletes retired to: some athletes entered the University for further study, studies suggest that the gymnastics and the retired athletes younger have a greater relationship; a left when the coach (provincial, district); has entered the enterprises have entered the media; Studio Entertainment; self-employed; there are very few parts that are unemployed, unemployed. National resettlement supporting policies for the athletes is not perfect, in a market economy under the impact of "government failure" phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious; due to the lack of necessary employment guidance, retired athletes on the current national policy on the placement of retired athletes are lack of understanding, have become a thorn in the process of re employment Hunan province gymnastics retired sports. Aiming at the problems of gymnastics re employment of retired athletes in Hunan province and the existing research, using the occupation career, social and other related theories of current Hunan province gymnastics management department should solve the athletics gymnastics athlete retirement employment problems from the following aspects. First of all, Hunan province the sports authorities should formulate relevant policies of re employment of retired athletes, regulations, and gradually improve the management of retired athletes Service measures. To actively promote the reform of athlete retirement insurance system, making full use of the government, society, enterprises and other forces to establish a sound compensation mechanism of the interests of retired athletes. Secondly, actively implement the "combination", through the establishment of employment training services, strengthen the occupation skill training of retired athletes, retired athletes training skills finally, the selection of athletes using the scientific method, and make full use of science to the whole training process, improve the utilization of the training team. In the process of training athletes to establish correct views on employment, improve the employment ability of athletes.
