【摘要】：近年来,随着经济的健康发展、综合国力的提升,作为世界体育大国的中国,竞技体育事业的发展空前繁荣,为中国屹立在世界体育之林奠定了良好的基础。特别是2008年北京奥运会的成功举办,使我国竞技体育发展到了一个更高的层面。竞技体育事业的进步在推动中国体育发展的同时,对中国经济的健康发展以及和谐社会的建设都具有积极意义。但是,伴随着飞速发展竞技体育事业,各种不文明的现象也时常出现,与文明社会、文明体育的建设格格不入。作为竞技体育的参赛主体——运动员,在体育赛事中发挥着举足轻重的作用,其礼仪行为对我国体育事业的发展产生着最为直接的影响。目前,我国运动员礼仪教育的发展远远滞后于体育事业的发展,长此以往,不仅影响运动员自身的发展,对我国体育事业的发展以及和谐社会的建设都会产生不良影响。因此,加强运动员礼仪教育是我国体育事业发展过程中亟待解决的重大问题。本研究以我国运动员礼仪教育为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法对运动员礼仪教育缺失的情况及产生的原因进行了探讨,并提出了礼仪教育的发展策略,以期为完善运动员的礼仪教育,促进我国体育事业以及和谐社会的健康发展提供参考。研究结果表明:1、提高运动员礼仪素养对我国竞技体育和谐、健康发展具有重要影响,加强运动员礼仪教育有利于运动员综合素质的提升、体育事业的顺利开展、推动和谐社会的建设以及维护运动员自身与国家良好形象。2、在中国竞技体育事业快速发展的过程中,运动员礼仪行为缺失的现象时常出现,运动员礼仪教育不到位是导致这一现象出现的主要原因。3、我国运动员礼仪教育的发展现状不容乐观,造成运动员礼仪教育发展的因素主要有不完善的运动员选拔制度;错误的竞技体育价值观;家庭、学校、社会对运动员礼仪教育的忽视;过分商业化的竞技体育发展模式以及运动员自身的原因等。4、我国运动员礼仪教育应注重体育礼仪中人文精神的注入,不断完善当代体育礼仪的体系构建;充分发挥家庭、学校、社会三位一体的教育合力;注重运动员自我教育,培养正确的竞技体育价值观;竞技体育商业化的合理发展以及建立健全相关规章制度等。

However, with the rapid development of sports, each kind of uncivilized phenomenon often appears, and civilized society, the construction of civilized misfits sports. As the main participants of competitive sports -- athletes, plays an important role in the development of sports events, the etiquette behavior of sports in our country have the most direct impact Ring. At present, development, development of etiquette education of athletes in our country is far behind the sports not only affect the development of the athletes themselves if things go on like this, the construction and development of sports in our country and the harmonious society will produce adverse effects. Therefore, strengthening the athletes etiquette education is a major problem to be solved in the process of development of sports in China in this paper, the etiquette education of Chinese athletes as the research object, using the method of literature, logic analysis, expert interviews and other research methods on the lack of etiquette education of athletes and causes are discussed, and put forward the development strategy of etiquette education, in order to improve the etiquette education of athletes, to provide reference to promote the healthy development of China's sports undertakings and the harmonious society.
