成都市普通高校体育教师继续教育现状研究

【摘要】：世界各国教育改革的不断发展,在现代社会中,教育肩负着名族复兴、经济发展的重任,教师是教育不可或缺的部分。伴随着社会的各方面的发展,教师为了与其发展相适应,体育教师继续教育非常重要。高校体育教师是高等教育良好发展的重要组成部分,其整体教学能力和综合素质的高低对大学生的培养起到关键作用。高校体育教师只有不断接受继续教育,才能适应高校教育的发展。在全面提倡素质教育的背景,对教师各方面条件有了更高的要求,高校体育教师也是如此,这就要求高校体育教师除了自身专业素质过硬,综合素质也不能落后,高校教师的继续教育就显得非常重要。本文采用了问卷调查和文献综述等研究方法,对调查对象发放调查问卷100份,问卷内容包含了高校体育教师继续教育的目标、内容形式、方式方法、评价考核、影响因素等继续教育现状的问题。通过本文对收集现状的研究分析,对成都市高校体育教师继续教育情况得出以下结论与建议:1.成都市高校体育教师对教育目标认识比较现实。不同层次的体育教师着重方向各有不同,部分教师培训目标功利性较强。2.成都市高校继续教育内容没有针对性,满足不了各个层次体育教师的需求,成都市高校继续教育教育开展形式比较丰富,通过现状和需求的比较,只有少部分体育教师需求得到满足。3.成都市高校在安排继续教育方式上,面对不同教师群体没有针对性,不能满足各教师群体的需求,继续教育方法虽然很多,但比较现状和需求,符合教师需求的教学方法偏少,而传统的教学方法运用频繁。4.继续教育过程中成都市高校体育教师主要采用考试和考查结合的继续教育考核方式,而在继续教育评价方面,成都市高校继续教育评价方式时效性不高,针对性不强。5.继续教育的政策法规对教师继续教育有明确的规定和保障,但教师对相关法规不够重视了解。教师参加继续教育机会不够多,对参加继续教育效果满意度不高,教学经费不能独立承担,继续教育时间安排不够合理,这些方面是影响了成都市高校体育教师参加继续教育的重要因素。针对以上结论提出以下的建议:1.成都市高校继续教育的内容的选择和确定,应充分考虑成都市高校体育教师的切实情况,筛选具有针对性和专门性的内容,同时创建合理的继续教育内容知识体系,使接受继续教育的体育教师通过学习有真实的进步。2.结合不同教师群体的期望需求,选取与之相适应的继续教育方式方法,使整个继续教育过程和体育教师的期望相契合,从而使继续教育的效果最大化。3.完善创新考核方法和评价方法,根据实际情况把体育教师的一些诉求期望和考核评价方法结合,使考核评价方法的作用最大化。4.创造有利于高校体育教师继续教育的环境,比如完善更新继续教育的政策法规,确保每一名教师都能得到到连续不断的继续教育的机会。在学习经费的问题上,最好是公费进行学习。5.学校应加大体育教师继续教育学习的宣传力度,使教师及时获取了解相关政策法规。
[Abstract]:The development of education reform in the world. In modern society, family education has the famous Renaissance, the task of economic development, teacher education is an indispensable part. With all aspects of social development, in order to adapt to the development of teachers, physical education teachers continuing education is very important. Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities is an important part of the good development of higher education, the overall teaching ability and comprehensive quality of the key effect to the development of college students. College PE teachers only continue to receive continuing education, in order to adapt to the development of higher education. In the comprehensive promotion of quality education background, have higher requirements for teachers of all aspects, so that physical education teachers in Colleges and universities, requires the college PE teachers in addition to their own professional quality and comprehensive quality is not backward, University Teachers' continuing education is very important in this paper. The use of a questionnaire survey and literature review and other research methods to survey 100 questionnaires, the questionnaire included the college PE Teachers' continuing education goal, content, methods, evaluation, influencing factors of current situation of continuing education problems. Through the research on the present situation of collection analysis on education in the following conclusion and suggestion to PE teachers in Chengdu City: 1. Chengdu City College Physical Education Teacher Education for understanding reality. Different levels of physical education teachers on different directions, some teachers training target strong utilitarian.2. Chengdu City College of continuing education content is not targeted, can not meet the needs of various levels of physical education teachers in Chengdu city. College of continuing education education form is rich, by comparing the current situation and demand, only a small part of PE Teachers' demands are satisfied.3. Chengdu City College in arrange ways of continuing education, in the face of different groups of teachers not targeted, teachers cannot meet the demand of continuing education, although a lot of methods, but the current situation and needs, teaching methods in accordance with the needs of teachers less, PE teachers in Chengdu city and the traditional teaching methods used frequently in the process of education mainly to.4. the combination of the continuing education examination and assessment methods, and in the evaluation of continuing education, Chengdu city university continuing education evaluation effectiveness is not high, not targeted.5. continuing education policies and regulations have clearly defined the education and protection of teachers to continue, but the teachers do not pay enough attention to the related laws and regulations. The teachers are not enough to understand continuing education opportunities to participate in continuing education and the effect of satisfaction is not high, can not bear the teaching funding, continuing education time arrangements are not reasonable, these aspects Is an important factor affecting Chengdu city college physical education teachers to participate in continuing education. In view of the above conclusions and puts forward the following suggestions: 1. to determine the continuing education of colleges and universities in Chengdu city the content choice, should fully consider the practical situation of Chengdu city college physical education teachers, screening targeted and specific content, and continue to create a reasonable content the knowledge system of education, the continuing education of PE teachers through learning the true progress of.2. combined with different groups of teachers expectations, and select suitable ways of continuing education, continuing education and the whole process of PE Teachers' expectation fit, so as to maximize the effect of continuing education to improve the innovation evaluation methods and.3. the evaluation method, according to the actual situation of the combination of some of the demands of expectation and evaluation methods of physical education teachers, the evaluation method of the effect of maximum.4. Create a favorable environment for continuing education of PE teachers in Colleges and universities, such as the update of continuing education policies and regulations, to ensure that every teacher can get continuous continuing education opportunities.
