【摘要】:马拉松运动作为一项挑战极限、挑战自我的周期性耐力项目,不仅在奥运会、世锦赛中有重要地位,而且具备很高的市场价值、社会价值。 本文由研究我国女子马拉松国家队在亚运会前的训练负荷变化及训练安排特征为切入点,探究马拉松运动员在大赛准备期的训练计划、训练安排、训练负荷量变化特征对于运动员成绩的影响,试图从中找到促进我国马拉松项目不断发展的一定规律,推动我国马拉松项目的长远发展。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、对比分析法、数理统计法,对我国女子马拉松运动员备战2014年亚运会的赛前训练特征进行了分析与研究,本研究主要从:训练方法与手段、生理生化指标、训练内容安排、训练时间安排、训练地点以及训练节奏特征进行了分析,通过分析与总结得出: 1.女子马拉松训练方法方面:我国女子马拉松运动员备战2014年亚运会的训练手段多样,但是主要目的是发展专项能力、发展有氧和无氧能力以及肌肉耐酸能力。训练方法具体的为:间歇训练法、持续训练法、循环训练法、变速训练法、比赛等。 2.生理生化方面:我国女子马拉松运动员备战2014年亚运会过程中ck、Hb、BUN,晨脉等生理生化指标安静状态下表现正常,有负荷的情况下,随着负荷的变化而改变。 3.训练内容方面:主教练雷纳多卡诺瓦制定内容较为丰富,而且训练计划的针对性较强,每名队员都有自己一套训练计划,训练效果良好。 4.训练时间地点方面:我国女子马拉松运动员备战2014年亚运会赛前训练共持续13周,其中平原训练46天(含部分队员参加比赛),高原训练44天。有氧强度训练集中的高原训练中期,专项强度训练集中在第二次平原训练前半部分,高原训练可以提高队员的有氧能力。 5.赛前训练训练没有掌握好训练节奏、训练内容。使我国两名参赛运动员并没有完全发挥出训练时的最好状态,分别获得了第5名和第6名。
[Abstract]:Marathon, as a cyclical endurance event, not only plays an important role in the Olympic Games and world championships, but also has high market value and social value. This paper studies the changes of training load and the characteristics of training arrangement before the Asian Games for the Chinese Women Marathon team, and probes into the training plan and training arrangement of the marathon athletes during the preparation period of the competition. The influence of the change of training load on athletes' performance, trying to find out some rules to promote the development of marathon in our country, and to promote the long-term development of marathon in our country. This paper adopts the method of literature. Field investigation, interview, logic analysis, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, the Chinese women marathon athletes in preparation for the 2014 Asian Games pre-competition training characteristics were analyzed and studied. This research mainly from: training method and means, physiological and biochemical index, training content arrangement, training time arrangement, training place and training rhythm characteristic have carried on the analysis, through the analysis and the summary obtained: 1. Training methods for women marathon: the training methods of Chinese women marathonists in preparing for the Asian Games in 2014 are various, but the main purpose is to develop special ability. The specific training methods are: intermittent training method, continuous training method, cycle training method, variable speed training method, competition and so on. 2.Physiology and biochemistry: in the course of preparing for the Asian Games in 2014, the Chinese women marathon athletes performed normally and under the condition of load in the quiet state of physiological and biochemical indexes, such as KK HbBU, morning pulse and so on. The load changes as the load changes. 3. Training content: coach Renado Canova made rich content, and the training plan is more targeted, each team member has their own set of training plans, training results are good. 4. Training time and place: the training of Chinese women marathonists in preparation for the Asian Games in 2014 lasted for 13 weeks, of which 46 days of plain training (including some of the players taking part in the competition). Plateau training for 44 days. In the middle period of plateau training with concentrated aerobic intensity, the special intensity training was concentrated in the first half of the second plain training, and plateau training could improve the aerobic capacity of the players. 5. The pre-competition training has not grasped the training rhythm and the training content, so that the two athletes in our country did not give full play to the best condition of the training, and won the fifth and sixth place respectively.
