【摘要】：运动竞赛规则的研究,一直以来都被视为推动各项体育运动发展的重要突破口。篮球运动亦然。正如立宛陶教练尤纳斯曾经所说“世界篮球只有一种语言”,这种语言即规则。从这句篮球经典术语中可以窥见到篮球规则的重要性。基于此,笔者利用国际篮联于2010年和2014年对篮球规则两次重大修订为契机,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等研究方法,对青少年男子篮球技战术产生的影响进行分析研究,并对青少年男子篮球发展趋势进行梳理和归纳。研究主要结果如下:1)新规则对三分线的修改,对场上各位置球员的命中率没有较大影响,但零度角队员容易踩到边线造成违例。2)新规则执行后,锋线队员和后卫队员三分出手次数明显增加,但三分线两侧45度角区域三分出手次数明显减少。3)在比赛中掩护配合和突分配合的使用率明显高于规则修改前,但策应配合使用率上规则修改前后没有明显变化。4)三分球强干扰防守、次强干扰防守的使用率明显少于规则变化前。5)无撞人半圆区增设减少了场均犯规的次数,另外,比赛时间的修改,加快了比赛攻防转换的速度,提高比赛得分和比赛的观赏性。另外,在研究的基础上,就新规则视野下青少年篮球运动发展趋势进行梳理和汇总,并对青少年男子篮球运动发展提出了具体的对策:首先,深入领会篮球规则和洞悉裁判员判罚尺度;其次,加强青少年运动员身体素质训练;然后,突出有针对性的进攻训练;第四,注重防守训练;第五,强化青少年球员的心理素质训练;最后,净化比赛环境。
[Abstract]:The study of the rules of sports competition has always been regarded as an important breakthrough in promoting the development of various sports. The same is true of basketball. As Liwantao coach Jonas once said, "there is only one language in the world basketball". This language is the rule. From this classic term basketball can be seen from the importance of basketball rules. Based on this. On 2010 and 2014, the author took the opportunity of two major revisions of basketball rules by the FIBA, using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, and so on. This paper analyzes and studies the influence of juvenile men's basketball techniques and tactics, and combs and summarizes the development trend of juvenile men's basketball. The main results are as follows: 1) the revision of the three-point line by the new rules. There is no great influence on the hit rate of players in each position on the court, but the zero angle players are easy to step on the sideline and cause the illegal. 2) after the new rules are implemented, the number of three points shot by the front line players and the guard players increases obviously. But the three-point line on both sides of the 45-degree angle area significantly reduced the number of three-point shots. 3) in the game the use of cover cooperation and sudden cooperation is significantly higher than before the rule modification. However, the strategy with the use of the rules before and after the modification of no obvious change. 4) three-point strong interference defense. The utilization rate of the second strong interference defense is obviously less than that before the rule change. 5) the addition of the half-circle area without collision reduces the number of fouls per game, in addition, the modification of the match time speeds up the speed of the game change from attack to defense. In addition, on the basis of the research, the development trend of juvenile basketball under the new rules is combed and summarized. And put forward specific countermeasures to the development of juvenile men's basketball: first, deeply understand the basketball rules and insight into the referee punishment criteria; Secondly, strengthen the physical quality training of young athletes; Then, highlight the targeted offensive training; 4th, pay attention to defensive training; 5th, strengthen the psychological quality training of young players; Finally, purify the competition environment.
