论高校课余体育竞赛活动的改革

【摘要】:学校课余体育竞赛是学校体育的重要组成部分,是培养学生体育兴趣、体育意识、体育态度、养成良好的体育习惯以及形成人生观、价值观等使学生从中受到教育的关键所在。然而其现状并不乐观——笔者通过文献检索和问卷调查发现,目前我国许多高校每年举行一次全校性运动会已成传统,但大多数仅局限在田径运动项目上,其表现是少数人的运动会,是精英运动会,内容单一、枯燥、缺乏吸引力,最终使运动的人不多,看的人也不多,而且大都只流行于形式,没有真正把课余体育竞赛活动纳入体育教育之中,当成是体育教育的一个重要组成部分。基于体育课程论、学习理论与哲学、教育学、心理学等理论对我国高校课余体育竞赛活动的相关内容进行了初步探讨,内容如下: 探索我国高校课余体育竞赛的理论基础,涉及教育学、竞技体育教育学、体育学、教学论、课程论、运动竞赛学、心理学,社会学及哲学等。 高校课余体育竞赛是大学校园活动的重要组成部分,是大学教学的延伸,它面向全体学生,使全体学生受益,是学校体育的精髓。本着这一宗旨,在高校体育传统的基础上,根据当前大学生的现状,提出“人人关注、人人参与、人人体验”竞赛的新思想。对高校课余体育竞赛系统的分类进行了探讨,提出了自己的分层观点。分为三层,一层是正规的课余体育竞赛;二层是非正规的课余体育竞赛;三层是学生的自组织课余体育竞赛。构思出高校年度课余体育竞赛活动的开展计划。以校运会为龙头,以竞赛为主线,以单项体育协会、班级、院系和体育课所开的项目为主要竞赛内容,并包括大学生的自组织竞赛,构成贯彻全年的竞赛体系。目的是尽可能多的学生参与到竞赛中去,并在比赛中受到教育,获得强烈的情感体验,包括对胜负的承受力,对集体荣誉的崇尚和尊重,对团队的体验及意志品质方面的锻炼。同时为学生创造一个良好的体育学习环境,让学生将体育课上所学到的技术、战术运用到实践中去,并达到了锻炼身体的目的、提高学生的体育兴趣、体育意识,从而养成终身锻炼的习惯。 依据问卷调查、访问调查分析结果,结合相关文献提出学校课余体育竞赛改革的措施和方案。 撰写本文的主要目的是引起学校领导和体育教师对课余体育竞赛的重视和进一步深刻的认识学校课余体育的规律和教育规律,为学生学习和受教育提供一个良好的体育环境。同时,要求学生积极主动地参与各种课余体育竞赛,从而养成良好的生理、心理、社会的健康,促进学生全面发展,为终身体育打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:School extracurricular sports competition is an important part of school sports, is to cultivate students' sports interest, sports awareness, sports attitude, develop good sports habits and form a outlook on life. However, the present situation is not optimistic-the author finds it through literature retrieval and questionnaire survey. At present, it has become a tradition for many colleges and universities to hold the whole school sports meeting every year, but most of them are confined to track and field sports events, and their performance is the sports meeting of a few people, the elite sports meeting, the content of which is single and boring. Lack of attractiveness ultimately makes the sports few people, not many people to see, and most of them are only popular in the form, and do not really put after-school sports competition activities into the physical education. Based on the theory of physical education curriculum theory, learning theory and philosophy, pedagogy, psychology and other theories, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the content of extracurricular sports competition in colleges and universities in China. It reads as follows: This paper explores the theoretical basis of extracurricular sports competition in colleges and universities in China, including pedagogy, competitive sports education, physical education, teaching theory, curriculum theory, sports competition science, psychology, sociology and philosophy, etc. Extracurricular sports competition in colleges and universities is an important part of campus activities and an extension of university teaching. It is the essence of school physical education for all students to benefit. On the basis of college sports tradition and according to the current situation of college students, this paper puts forward the new idea of "everyone pays attention to, everyone participates in, and everyone experiences" competition, and probes into the classification of sports competition system after class in colleges and universities. The author puts forward his own stratification viewpoint. It is divided into three levels, one is the regular after-school sports competition; The second floor is an informal extracurricular sports competition; The third level is the students' self-organizing extracurricular sports competition. The author conceive the development plan of the annual extracurricular sports competition in colleges and universities. Taking the school sports meeting as the leading line, the competition as the main line, the individual sports association and the class as the main line. The main content of the competition is the project of college and department and physical education class, including the self-organizing competition of college students, which constitutes the competition system of carrying out the whole year. The purpose is to get as many students as possible to participate in the competition. And in the competition is educated, obtains the intense emotion experience, including to win and lose the endurance, to the collective honor advocate and the respect. To the team experience and the will quality aspect exercise. Simultaneously creates a good physical education study environment for the student, lets the student learn the technology, the tactics in the physical education class to use in the practice. It also achieves the purpose of physical exercise, improves students' interest and consciousness of physical education, and thus forms the habit of lifelong exercise. Based on the questionnaire survey, the results of the investigation and analysis, combined with the relevant literature, the paper puts forward the measures and plans for the reform of school sports competition after school. The main purpose of writing this article is to arouse school leaders and PE teachers to attach importance to extracurricular sports competitions and to further deeply understand the rules of school after-school sports and the law of education. It provides a good sports environment for students to study and receive education. At the same time, it requires students to actively participate in all kinds of extracurricular sports competitions so as to develop good physical, psychological and social health. Promote the all-round development of students and lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical education.
