农村学校体育课程资源的开发与利用研究

【摘要】: 课程资源是新一轮国家基础教育课程改革所提出的一个重要概念。目前对此领域的研究,尚兴起不久,尤其是在农村学校开发运用体育课程资源方面的研究,更是不多。针对我国绝大多数农村学校条件简陋、基础差这一状况,通过教学试验研究,探索农村体育课程资源的开发途径与机制,就具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文运用文献资料、访谈调查、问卷调查和行动研究等方法,以教学实验的案例操作,对农村学校——湖南省怀化麻阳农村中小学,进行体育课程资源的开发与利用研究。研究结果表明:农村中小学体育与健康课程资源水平低,表现在:1)体育人力资源方面:体育教师总体学历偏低,职称结构不合理,高职称教师数量少,教师平均年龄偏低,男女教师比例失调,女教师数量偏少;2)体育设施资源方面:体育基础设施较差,不能满足教学训练的要求,时间和场地得不到保障;自然地理资源虽然很丰富,但学校体育课程开发与利用自然地理资源却严重不足;3)体育课程内容资源方面:依然是以传统竞技运动项目内容为主,在乡土体育运动项目资源的开发上,总量较少,开发的能力匮乏,开发的实践价值未获认可,开发缺乏地方特色,缺乏系统性与连贯性,课外、校外课程资源内容单一。本研究通过对乡土体育项目在农村学校的“引进---筛选---改造---整合”的开发模式和由点到面、有效互动、连片开发、螺旋上升的运行推广机制,有助于弥补现有农村体育教学内容和条件的不足,有助于更多的农村学校根据这一运行模式,结合其自身的地域特点对体育课程开发与利用,以此来吸引广大农村学校中更多的学生积极参加体育活动,帮助学生获得更多的体育与健康的知识和技能。为促进学生的身体健康和个性多样化发展服务。 本文最后建议:积极开发利用乡土体育资源是提高农村中小学体育教育质量的有效途径之一,也是提高农村中小学体育教学质量的重要举措;要深化农村中小学的体育课程改革,应该引入更多的乡土体育项目进入农村中小学,把乡土体育跟社区体育相结合;建立乡土体育资源库;加大对乡土体育的宣传力度,积极营造校园体育文化氛围;建立专业师资培训机制;发挥乡土体育资源应有的优势,体现农村体育的弹性和地方特色。同时指出乡土体育资源的开发与利用应以农村中小学体育目标、学生身心发展特点、客观教学条件为依据;体现乡土体育文化知识运动技能的传承,乡土体育能力、情感及价值观的培养和良好心理品质培养。
[Abstract]:Curriculum resources is an important concept put forward in the new round of national basic education curriculum reform. At present, the research on this field is not long since, especially in the development and application of physical education curriculum resources in rural schools. In view of the condition of most rural schools in our country is simple and poor, through teaching experiment and research, explore the way and mechanism of the development of rural physical education curriculum resources. It has important theoretical and practical significance. By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and action research, this paper applies the case of teaching experiment to the rural middle and primary schools in Huaihua, Hunan Province. Research on the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources. The results show that: the level of physical education and health curriculum resources in rural primary and secondary schools is low, manifested in the aspect of sports human resources: physical education teachers' overall academic qualifications are on the low side. The structure of professional title is unreasonable, the number of teachers with high title is small, the average age of teachers is low, the ratio of male and female teachers is imbalance, the number of female teachers is on the low side; 2) Sports facilities resources: sports infrastructure is poor, can not meet the requirements of teaching and training, time and space can not be guaranteed; Although the natural geographical resources are very rich, the exploitation and utilization of physical education curriculum in schools are seriously insufficient. 3) physical education curriculum content resources: it is still based on the traditional sports content, in the development of local sports project resources, the total amount is less, the ability of development is scarce. The practical value of development is not recognized, the development lacks of local characteristics, lack of system and consistency, extracurricular. The content of out-of-school curriculum resources is single. This study through the rural sports projects in rural schools "introduction-screening-transformation-integration" development model and from point to face, effective interaction, continuous development. The spiraling running and popularizing mechanism will help to make up for the deficiency of the existing rural physical education teaching content and conditions, and help more rural schools to operate according to this mode. Combined with its own regional characteristics of physical education curriculum development and utilization, in order to attract more students in rural schools to actively participate in sports activities. To help students acquire more knowledge and skills of physical education and health. Finally, it is suggested that the active development and utilization of local sports resources is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools, and is also an important measure to improve the quality of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools. In order to deepen the reform of physical education curriculum in rural primary and secondary schools, more rural sports items should be introduced into rural primary and secondary schools, combining local sports with community sports; Establishing the local sports resource bank; Strengthen the propaganda of local sports, and actively create the campus sports culture atmosphere; Establishing a mechanism for professional teacher training; At the same time, it points out that the development and utilization of rural sports resources should be based on the rural primary and secondary school sports goals, students' physical and mental development characteristics. Objective teaching conditions as the basis; It embodies the inheritance of local sports knowledge and sports skills, the cultivation of local sports ability, emotion and values, and the cultivation of good psychological quality.
