我国花球啦啦操团队凝聚力的研究

【摘要】:运动团队的凝聚力是团体成员之间心理结合力的总体,是运动团体成员在目标、情感和行为上的整合力量,在集体性项目中意义重大。啦啦操是集体性项目之一,随着我国体育事业的快速发展,在我国校园和大众健身领域的普及率不断提高。啦啦操分为技巧啦啦操和舞蹈啦啦操,花球啦啦操是舞蹈啦啦操中普及性最强、最具代表性,也是最易掌握的一个类别。2014年版花球啦啦操成套评价内容将团队协作能力作为一个主要的评分项目进行了明确的规定,可见团队协作能力是影响花球啦啦操比赛成绩的重要因素。团队凝聚力是团队协作的重要保证,但是目前关于我国花球啦啦操团队凝聚力的研究相对缺乏。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,以参加2016年全国学生啦啦操锦标赛中的12支花球啦啦操团队凝聚力为研究对象,了解我国花球啦啦操团队凝聚力的现状,分析其团队凝聚力的影响因素,提出相应建议,为今后花球啦啦操的发展和训练提供参考。对调查结果分析,得到以下结论:(1)我国花球啦啦操团队凝聚力构成要素分为内部要素和外部要素。内部要素包括:教练员因素、训练比赛满意感、团队人际关系;外部要素包括:目标和任务、激励机制。(2)我国花球啦啦操团队凝聚力总得分为87.06,高于总分105的60%,统计学上为良好。水平较高的队伍凝聚力(87.58)显著高于水平较低的队伍(86.24),提示凝聚力较强的队伍运动成绩较好。(3)我国花球啦啦操团队的任务一致性有待提高。在与2013年的研究结果对比中,我国花球啦啦操凝聚力的社交吸引、任务吸引和社交一致性得分显著增加,而任务一致性得分显著下降,因此应该重视花球啦啦操的任务一致性建设。(4)我国花球啦啦操教练员领导行为、队员的训练比赛满意感与团队凝聚力正相关,不同水平的队伍之间团队人际关系、队员和教练员感受一致性、目标和任务、激励机制存在显著性差异,提示教练员领导行为、训练比赛满意感、团队人际关系、队员和教练员感受一致性、目标和任务、激励机制都可以影响花球啦啦操团队的凝聚力。
[Abstract]:The cohesion of the sports team is the overall psychological cohesion among the members of the group, and it is the integration of the goal, emotion and behavior of the members of the sports group. It is of great significance in collective events. Cheerleading is one of the collective events, with the rapid development of sports in our country. In our country, the popularization rate of campus and mass fitness field has been increasing. Cheerleading is divided into skill and dance, and ball cheerleading is the most popular and representative of dance cheerleading. It is also one of the most easily grasped categories. The 2014 edition of the flower ball cheerleading evaluation set of evaluation content will be a team collaboration ability as a major rating items are clearly defined. It can be seen that the ability of team cooperation is an important factor to affect the performance of ball cheerleading competition. Team cohesion is an important guarantee of team cooperation. However, there is a relatively lack of research on the cohesion of ball cheerleading team in our country. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics. To participate in the 2016 National Student cheerleading Championship 12 ball cheerleading team cohesion as the research object to understand the current situation of China's flower ball cheerleading team cohesion. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of its team cohesion and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide a reference for the development and training of ball cheerleading in the future. The investigation results are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the cohesive elements of Chinese ball cheerleading team are divided into internal elements and external elements. The internal elements include: coaches, training competition satisfaction, team interpersonal relationship; The external factors include: goal and task, incentive mechanism. 2) the total score of cohesion of Chinese ball cheerleading team is 87.06, which is higher than 60% of total score 105. Statistically, the cohesion of the high level group was 87.58) significantly higher than that of the lower level group (86.24). It is suggested that the team with strong cohesion has better results in sports. 3) the task consistency of the team of ball and cheerleading needs to be improved. In comparison with the results of the study in 2013. In our country, the social attraction of ball cheerleading and cohesiveness, the scores of task attraction and social consistency increased significantly, while the scores of task consistency decreased significantly. Therefore, we should pay attention to the conformance construction of the task of ball cheerleading. 4) the leadership behavior of the ball cheerleading coaches in our country. The satisfaction of the players in the training competition is positively related to the team cohesion. There are significant differences in interpersonal relationship between teams, the consistency of team members and coaches, goals and tasks, incentive mechanism, indicating the coaches leadership behavior, training competition satisfaction. Team relationships, team members and coaches feel congruent, goals and tasks, incentive mechanisms can affect the ball cheerleading team cohesion.
