长春市普通高校武术教学改革与对策研究

【摘要】:武术是我国传统民族体育项目,是高校体育教学的重要部分,但目前在高校的开展情况不容乐观,课程开展中还有很多问题亟待解决。认识当前高校武术课程的开展情况,加强对武术课程的改革,是高校武术课程教学面临的重要问题。本文以长春市高校为例,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,尝试从武术课程开展、武术师资、使用教材、场地器材等方面系统分析长春市高校武术课程开展的基本情况,对长春市高校武术课程现状有系统了解;在此基础上,从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价、课程师资及学生方面入手,系统分析当前高校武术课程开展中存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议和对策,为高校武术课程的改革提供有效的参考,并期待以此为契机能推动高校武术课程的改革。通过研究,得到如下几方面结论:1、长春市高校武术课程的开展形式以必修课为主,大都开设了一学期及以上的武术课程;教师年轻化趋势明显,专业武术教师不足,整体学历水平和职称结构偏低,科研意识及科研能力薄弱;教材主要有自编、统编和综合教材三种,教材内容陈旧,理论内容缺乏,学生对教材的关注、使用频率较低;场地器材整体状况不佳。2、长春市高校武术课程的目标设置定位失衡;内容设置以24式简化太极拳、太极剑为主要教学内容,武术文化方面的教学内容较少;教学方法单一,现代化教学方法运用频率低,缺乏对课程实施的有效控制;评价体系不够全面、科学,忽视诊断性评价、形成性评价,忽视理论评价;师资力量不足,学生认识片面,基础薄弱。3、针对高校武术课程中存在的问题,可采取的改革对策包括:在教学目标中增加对学生武术锻炼意识与能力的培养、增加武术文化及人文精神培养的内容;在课程内容方面增加武德内容适当增加规范化的技击内容、武术文化教育及理论教学的内容;在课程实施方面要以激发学生兴趣为目标,丰富教学方法;在课程评价方面要增加对学生学习进步情况、学习态度的评价,同时要增加课堂的即时评价和学生的自我评价;在师资队伍方面,要加大对专业武术教师的引进力度,加强对现有武术教师的强业务培训;在学生方面,要丰富校园武术活动,促进学生的参与,此外加强对武术基本功的学习。
[Abstract]:Martial arts is the traditional national sports in our country, is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities, but the current situation in colleges and universities is not optimistic. There are still a lot of problems to be solved in the course development. Understand the current situation of Wushu curriculum in colleges and universities, strengthen the reform of Wushu curriculum. This paper takes Changchun University as an example, adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on, tries to carry out the Wushu course. Wushu teachers, the use of teaching materials, site equipment and other aspects of the analysis of Changchun University Wushu curriculum development of the basic situation, Changchun University Wushu curriculum situation has a systematic understanding; On this basis, from the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, curriculum teachers and students, the existing problems in the development of Wushu courses in colleges and universities are systematically analyzed. And put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures for the reform of martial arts curriculum in colleges and universities to provide an effective reference, and look forward to this as an opportunity to promote the reform of martial arts curriculum. Through research, we get the following conclusions: 1. In Changchun, martial arts courses in colleges and universities are developed in the form of compulsory courses, most of which have been offered for one semester or more. The trend of young teachers is obvious, the professional Wushu teachers are not enough, the overall educational level and the professional title structure are low, the scientific research consciousness and the scientific research ability are weak; There are three kinds of teaching materials: self-compiling, systematizing and comprehensive teaching materials. The contents of the textbooks are old, the theoretical content is lacking, the students pay attention to the textbooks, and the frequency of using them is low. The whole condition of site and equipment is not good. 2. The target setting of martial arts course in Changchun university is out of balance; The main teaching contents are 24 simplified Taijiquan and Taiji sword, but the content of Wushu culture is less. Single teaching method, low frequency of modern teaching method, lack of effective control of curriculum implementation; Evaluation system is not comprehensive, scientific, ignore diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation, ignore theoretical evaluation; Lack of teachers, one-sided understanding of students, weak foundation. 3, aiming at the problems existing in the Wushu curriculum in colleges and universities. The possible reform measures include: to increase the training of students' Wushu training consciousness and ability, to increase the content of Wushu culture and humanistic spirit in the teaching objectives; In the content of the curriculum, the content of martial arts should be added to the content of martial arts culture education and theory teaching. In the aspect of curriculum implementation, we should aim at arousing students' interest and enrich teaching methods. In the aspect of curriculum evaluation, it is necessary to increase the evaluation of students' learning progress and attitude, and at the same time, to increase the immediate evaluation of the classroom and the self-evaluation of the students. In terms of teaching staff, we should increase the introduction of professional Wushu teachers, strengthen the existing Wushu teachers strong professional training; In terms of students, we should enrich campus martial arts activities, promote students' participation, and strengthen the study of basic martial arts skills.
