补充谷氨酰胺对游泳运动后血液中NO与同型半胱胺酸的影响

【摘要】:本研究旨在研究未受运动训练的女学生,进行有氧游泳运动后,补充谷氨酰胺对于恢复期血液中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)与同型半胱胺酸的影响。选取60位健康的女性大学生为研究对象,随机分成两组,一组补充安慰剂,一组补充L-谷氨酰胺,补充剂量皆为0.1 g每kg体重。然后进行单次游泳运动,连续运动2 h,运动强度为55%~75%最大心率。每位受试者在运动前及运动后0 h、1 h、2 h,分别采血以测量一氧化氮(NO_x,NO_2~-,NO_3~-)、同型半胱胺酸、血糖、胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、甘油三脂及总胆固醇含量。研究显示,运动后两组间受试者血液中一氧化氮、胰岛素、HDL-C、LDL-C、甘油三脂及总胆固醇含量并没有显著性差异,而补充谷氨酰胺组受试者运动后其血液中同型半胱胺酸及葡萄糖浓度水平升高。因此本研究认为谷氨酰胺能够帮助提高运动后恢复期血液中同型半胱胺酸及血糖的含量水平,但目前还没有足够证据能够显示补充谷氨酰胺能够增加耐力运动恢复期的一氧化氮水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study the female students without exercise training, aerobic swimming exercise and glutamine supplementation regarding the recovery period in the blood nitric oxide (nitric oxide NO) and homocysteine. The effects of selected 60 healthy female college students as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, one group of placebo a group of L-, glutamine, supplementary dose was 0.1 g per kg weight. Then a single continuous swimming exercise, exercise 2 h, exercise intensity is 55%~75% the maximum heart rate. All the subjects in pre exercise and post exercise 0 h, 1 h, 2 h, blood samples were collected to measure nitric oxide (NO_x, NO_2~-, NO_3~-), homocysteine, blood glucose, insulin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, LDL-C), glycerin three fat and total cholesterol. Research shows that, After exercise between the two groups of subjects in the blood nitric oxide, insulin, HDL-C, LDL-C, and there was no significant difference in total cholesterol and glycerin three fat, increase the blood homocysteine and glucose concentration level and glutamine group subjects after exercise. Therefore this research that levels of glutamine can during the period of blood homocysteine and blood glucose recovery to help improve after exercise, but there is not enough evidence to show that glutamine supplementation can increase endurance exercise recovery level of nitric oxide.
