单侧训练对青少年女子篮球运动员下肢爆发力影响的应用研究

【摘要】:研究目的:篮球运动对于运动员下肢爆发力要求非常高。单侧训练是日益向专项化发展的当代体能训练中的一种训练方式。本次论文的主要研究目的在于探索出一种贴合篮球专项运动特征的下肢爆发力的训练手段。研究方法:根据篮球运动技术动作存在单侧肢体频繁发力的特征;对单侧力量训练的研究也被证实其有效性,其在其他专项已有成功案例;将两者相结合,提出单侧力量训练对篮球运动员下肢爆发力的发展更有意义的假设。然后设计实验和周期安排,并选择垂直纵跳的高度作为主要测量指标。实验选择U15国家少年女子篮球队的队员们作为受试者,将受试者们分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组所有训练内容皆为单侧训练;而对照组的训练内容皆为双侧训练。研究结果:(1)实验组实验后双腿原地纵跳没有显著性变化,而原地、助跑单腿纵跳和助跑双腿纵跳都有显著提高;(2)对照组实验后原地、助跑单腿纵跳没有显著性变化,而原地、助跑双腿纵跳都有显著提高;(3)实验组和对照组比较实验前后差值,在双腿纵跳方面两组并没有显著区别;而在单腿纵跳方面,实验组相较于对照组有显著提高。结论:(1)对于原地双腿起跳的垂直纵跳,传统的双侧训练更具意义,而单侧训练不能很有效的起到作用;(2)对于原地单腿起跳的垂直纵跳,单侧训练具有非常显著的作用,而双侧训练不具有显著意义;(3)对于助跑后双腿起跳的垂直纵跳,单侧训练与双侧训练皆具有显著作用;(4)对于助跑后单腿起跳的垂直纵跳,单侧训练具有非常显著的作用,而双侧训练不具有显著意义;(5)对比实验后实验组与对照组垂直纵跳高度变化的幅度,双腿起跳时,不论是否助跑,两者皆不存在显著差异;而在单侧起跳时,不论是否助跑,单侧训练相比双侧训练都显得非常具有意义;
[Abstract]:Objectives of the study:. Basketball has a very high demand for lower limb explosive force. Unilateral training is one of the training methods in the contemporary physical training, which is increasingly developing into a special situation. The main purpose of this paper is to explore a kind of basket sticking. Training methods for the explosive force of the lower extremities with special sports characteristics of the ball. Research methods:. According to the characteristics of frequent exertion of unilateral limbs in basketball technical movements; The research on unilateral strength training has also proved its effectiveness and has been successful in other special projects. Combining the two, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that unilateral strength training is more meaningful to the development of lower limb explosive force of basketball players, and then designs experiments and periodic arrangements. The height of vertical jump was chosen as the main measurement index. The members of U15 National Junior Women's Basketball team were selected as subjects. The subjects were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. All the training contents in the experimental group were unilateral training. The training contents of the control group were all bilateral training. The results showed that there was no significant change in the vertical jump of both legs after the experiment in the experimental group, but in situ, both the one-leg longitudinal jump and the double-leg longitudinal jump of the run-up were significantly improved. (2) in the control group, there was no significant change in one-leg longitudinal jump after the experiment, but in situ, the longitudinal jump of both legs was significantly improved. 3) the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the longitudinal jump of the legs; In the aspect of single leg longitudinal jump, the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: 1) the traditional bilateral training is more significant for the vertical jump of the standing legs. But the unilateral training can not play a very effective role; (2) for the vertical jump with one leg in situ, the unilateral training has a very significant effect, but the bilateral training has no significant significance; 3) both unilateral and bilateral training have significant effects on the vertical and longitudinal jump of the take-off of both legs after the run-up. 4) for the vertical jump with one leg after the run-up, the unilateral training has a very significant effect, but the bilateral training has no significant significance. (5) there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the change of vertical vertical jump height after the experiment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups during the take-off of both legs, no matter whether they were run-up or not. However, when taking off on one side, whether running up or not, the training on one side is more meaningful than that on both sides.
