江西竞技网球后备人才社会化培养现状研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,转型后的中国面临各行业的改革,中国竞技体育也不例外。传统举国体制的三级训练网已不能完全适应中国竞技体育的发展。体育人才培养已视为产品生产,如何最高效的培养高质量的体育人才成为学术界的热点和焦点。网球运动作为一项高投资的体育项目,其人才培养模式改革更是势在必行。新时期我国竞技网球后备人才培养不再是以三级训练网的形式为主,已经呈现出了以社会民间资本投资形式培养模式,社会民间资本投资培养是我国竞技网球发展的时代机遇和时代特征。目前江西省还处于网球运动发展的初级阶段,与我国的竞技网球水平和我国网球强省的竞技网球水平都存在着巨大的差距。江西省竞技网球运动后备人才不稳定,江西省社会化网球培养的力量还是比较薄弱的,规模较小,人数较少。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对江西竞技网球后备人才的社会化培养历史与现状、存在的问题及江西省竞技网球后备人才社会化培养驱动机制进行研究。江西竞技网球后备人才的社会化培养存在的问题具体表现在:(1)资源不足:社会培养资源少,缺乏企业、个人或单位的赞助和投入;(2)经济利益的驱动,使得后备人才培养数量和质量不平衡;(3)江西省网球教练员的知识结构总体不高,教练员素质和能力有待提高;(4)运动员学训矛盾突出:江西省社会化培养的青少年网球运动员,很多青少年由于文化学习的原因而放弃了参加竞技专业训练。针对这些问题,最后提出了江西省竞技网球后备人才社会化培养的发展机制。(1)驱动机制政策倾向与国家保持一致并贯彻执行好:采用多元化培养体系,体教结合、高校办高水平运动队,传统点校、职业俱乐部大力扶持民办性质的网球学校、网球俱乐部,开展中外合作办网球学校,吸引社会上更多的资源支持江西省后备人才的培养。(2)创新管理机制与奖励机制:提高教练员水平、建立规模和合理的后备人才培养体系、改革完善竞赛制度、创新竞技体育奖励与评价机制。(3)整合竞技网球发展机制。(4)学习先进经验,提高培养网球竞技后备人才的效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, China is faced with the reform of various industries after transformation, and Chinese competitive sports is no exception. The three-level training network of traditional national system can no longer fully adapt to the development of Chinese competitive sports. The training of sports talents has been regarded as a product production. How to train high-quality sports talents most efficiently has become a hot spot and focus in academic circles. Tennis as a high-investment sports event, It is imperative to reform the training mode of talents. In the new period, the training of reserve talents of competitive tennis in China is no longer in the form of three-level training net, but has already taken the form of social and folk capital investment. The investment training of social folk capital is the opportunity and characteristic of the development of competitive tennis in China. At present, Jiangxi Province is still in the primary stage of the development of tennis. There is a huge gap between the level of competitive tennis in Jiangxi Province and the level of competitive tennis in strong provinces of China. The reserve talents of competitive tennis in Jiangxi Province are unstable, and the strength of the cultivation of social tennis in Jiangxi Province is still relatively weak, and the scale is relatively small. This paper uses the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and so on, to study the history and present situation of the socialization training of reserve talents of competitive tennis in Jiangxi Province. The existing problems and the driving mechanism of Jiangxi province competitive tennis reserve talents socialization training are studied. The problems of Jiangxi competitive tennis reserve talents socialization training are: lack of social training resources and lack of enterprises. Driven by the economic benefits, the quantity and quality of reserve talents are not balanced. 3) the knowledge structure of tennis coaches in Jiangxi Province is not high on the whole. The quality and ability of coaches need to be improved. (4) the contradiction between learning and training of athletes is prominent: in Jiangxi Province, many young tennis athletes who are socialized have given up taking part in competitive professional training because of cultural study. In view of these problems, Finally, the author puts forward the development mechanism of the socialization training of reserve talents of competitive tennis in Jiangxi Province. The policy tendency of driving mechanism is consistent with the state and carried out well: adopting diversified training system, combining sports and teaching, running high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. Traditional point schools and professional clubs vigorously support private tennis schools, tennis clubs, and Chinese-foreign cooperative tennis schools. Attracting more resources from the society to support the cultivation of reserve talents in Jiangxi Province.) Innovation management mechanism and reward mechanism: to improve the level of coaches, to establish a reasonable reserve talent training system, to reform and perfect the competition system, to increase the level of coaches, to establish a reasonable training system of reserve talents, and to reform and perfect the competition system. Innovation competitive sports reward and evaluation mechanism. 3) integrate competitive tennis development mechanism. 4) learn advanced experience, improve the benefit of training tennis competitive reserve talents.
