【摘要】：CBA联赛代表了当今我国篮球运动的最高水平,经过了十多年的发展,现已取得了长足的进步,在力量与技巧、高度与速度、技术与战术上都达到了完美的结合。具有极高的观赏价值,吸引了无数篮球爱好者。众所周知,篮球运动是一个集体项目,只有五个位置的队员各司其职,精诚合作、协调配合,才能战无不胜,取得胜利。这其中后卫队员的能力尤为重要,世界上任何一支高水平的球队,都具有一名对于球队整体水平提高起着至关重要作用的优秀后卫队员。组织后卫作为教练员场上的助手,是进攻节奏变化和战术变化的轴心,是一支球队的指挥者和组织者,是整个球队的灵魂。一支球队即使拥有实力非常强的内线队员,但是如果缺少了关键的灵魂人物,几乎是不可能取得好成绩的。运用文献资料检索和专家访谈,配合录像观察、数理统计以及比较分析等研究方法,主要从年龄指标、身体形态指标(体重、身高、克托莱指数)、技术性指标(投篮次数、得分效率、投篮命中率)、意识性指标(抢断、助攻)、积极性指标(前、后场篮板球总数)、被动性指标(失误、犯规)以及控球能力和掌握比赛能力等方面对CBA联赛2013-2014赛季中国内外优秀后卫队员进行了统计、对比、分析研究,得出结论:(1)国内后卫队员体能不足,力量相对较差,纵观整个赛季,国内后卫队员与外援后卫队员相比较,一对一身体对抗明显处于劣势,导致技术动作变形,技术动作无法衔接流畅。(2)国内后卫队员进攻能力相对较差,得分手段相对单一,过多侧重于整体组织而不太注重队员个人进攻行为,在控球和传球时失误屡见不鲜,导致进攻受阻,传球时机把握的不够好。(3)国内后卫队员防守缺乏攻击性和干扰性,一对一防守移动较慢、节奏感较差。抢篮板球上的能力较差,对篮板球的判断和卡位技术还不够好,争抢不够凶狠,身体对抗能力不足。这种精神状态必然会导致频繁的失误等状况的出现。(4)国内后卫队员攻守转换节奏性不强,由守转攻反击速度较慢、质量较差,攻守转换和阵地进攻之间界限分明,执行战术时略显死板。不难看出我国国内男篮后卫队员和国外优秀后卫队员存在着较大的差距和不足,这些差距和不足出现的原因:一是运动员的选材上存在着理念上的偏差;二是训练方面的不足;三是比赛中技战术指导思想不明确。因此,对国内优秀男篮后卫队员的选材、训练和培养应引起足够的重视,这是国内男篮水平提高的关键因素之一。在不断提高国内男篮后卫队员基本技术和自身专项身体素质的前提下,还必须不断加强其身体的对抗能力,不断提高自身的战术素养,增强其进攻能力、防守能力以及临场抗压能力,养成良好的心理素质和建立优良的心理模式。只有这样,才能使我国男篮的整体水平有所提高,为我国男篮早日跻身世界强队之列打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:The CBA League represents the highest level of basketball in our country. After more than ten years of development, it has made great progress in strength and skill, height and speed. The combination of technique and tactics is perfect. It has very high ornamental value and attracts countless basketball enthusiasts. As we all know, basketball is a collective sport, with only five players performing their respective duties and cooperating sincerely. Coordination is the only way to win an invincible victory. The ability of the defender is especially important, any high level team in the world. Both have an excellent defender who plays an important role in improving the overall level of the team. As an assistant on the coach's court, the point guard is the axis of the change in attack rhythm and tactics, and is the commander and organizer of a team. It is the soul of the whole team. Even if a team has very strong insiders, it is almost impossible to get good results without the key soul figures. Using literature retrieval, expert interviews, and video observation, Mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, mainly from the age indicators, body shape indicators (weight, height, Ketole index), technical indicators (shooting times, scoring efficiency, shooting percentage, awareness indicators (steals), Assists, positive indicators (before and after the total number of rebounds, passive indicators (errors, fouls), as well as the ability to control the ball and grasp the ability to play, etc.) the CBA league in 2013-2014 season of China's outstanding defenders were compared, Through analysis and research, we can draw a conclusion that the domestic guards are not physically fit enough and their strength is relatively poor. Throughout the season, compared with the foreign guards, the one-to-one physical confrontation is obviously at a disadvantage, which leads to the distortion of the technical movements. Technical action can not link up fluently. 2) the attacking ability of the domestic defenders is relatively poor, the scoring means are relatively single, too much emphasis on the overall organization and not too much attention to the individual offensive behavior of the players, and mistakes in ball control and passing are common. As a result, the attack is blocked and the passing opportunity is not well grasped. (3) the defense of the domestic defenders lacks aggression and interference, the one-on-one defense moves slowly, the sense of rhythm is poor, and the ability of rebounding is poor. Judgment on rebounds and chipping techniques are not good enough, competition is not fierce enough, and physical confrontation ability is insufficient. This mental state will inevitably lead to frequent mistakes and other conditions. The speed and quality of counter-attack are relatively slow, the boundary between offensive and defensive conversion and position attack is clear, and the execution of tactics is slightly rigid. It is not difficult to see that there is a big gap and deficiency between the domestic and foreign elite guards in our country. The reasons for these gaps and deficiencies are as follows: first, there is a deviation of ideas in the selection of athletes; second, there is a lack of training; and third, the guiding ideology of techniques and tactics in the competition is not clear. Therefore, the selection of outstanding men's basketball guard players in China is not clear. Enough attention should be paid to training and training, which is one of the key factors to improve the level of men's basketball in China. We must also constantly strengthen their physical confrontation ability, constantly improve their tactical literacy, enhance their offensive ability, defensive ability and the ability to resist pressure on the spot, develop good psychological quality and establish a good psychological model. It can improve the overall level of Chinese men's basketball and lay a solid foundation for our country's men's basketball to become one of the strongest teams in the world at an early date.
