学校体育教育服务失误与补救

【摘要】：采用文献资料法系统介绍学校体育教育服务的内涵、特征,分析服务失误的表现、原因与后果及可操作性补救策略。结论:学校体育教育服务失误主要表现在体育教学失误、运动竞赛文化教育缺失、社会休闲服务功能不足。学校体育政策法规的执行与落实、教育现场观察与调研、教育主体情感满足和学校体育工作现实,是评断失误标准的四条主要途径。教育伦理观"正义"缺失和具体服务技术、制度层面缺陷是造成失误的主要原因。失误所造成后果会影响教育主体的公平知觉、权益受损和学校体育功能受限;欲止损可采取措施有:培养发现教育失误的敏感性、借助外来力量扶助和增强多元主体的参与性。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically introduces the connotation and characteristics of school physical education service by using the method of literature and materials, analyzes the performance, causes and consequences of the service failure and the operational remediation strategy. Conclusion: the failure of school physical education service is mainly manifested in the failure of physical education teaching. Lack of sports competition culture and education, insufficient function of social leisure service, enforcement and implementation of school sports policies and regulations, observation and investigation on the spot of education, emotional satisfaction of educational subject and reality of school sports work. It is the four main ways to judge the error standard. The lack of "justice" and the concrete service technology in the educational ethics view, the defects in the system level are the main causes of the mistakes. The consequences of the mistakes will affect the fair perception of the educational subjects. The measures to stop the loss include: cultivating the sensitivity of finding educational mistakes, helping and strengthening the participation of multiple subjects with the help of external forces.
