快速伸缩复合训练对不同柔韧素质学生的纵跳能力影响研究

【摘要】:身体的综合素质不仅仅代表运动能力,更代表训练水平的空间。身体素质的各项指标如同木桶的木板,承载水的多少最终是由最短的那块板决定的,在运动训练中也是如此。快速伸缩复合训练是肌肉必须要经历一个离心收缩,且在最短的时间内达到最大力量的训练,因此当代被教练员使用较多的一种训练方式,这种训练方式针对性比较强,是有效发展快速力量的练习方式,纵跳能力则是展示其训练效果的一个项目。本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计分析法等研究方法。实验前通过坐位体前屈、立位体前屈两个测试指标对95名学生进行筛选,最终选取33位不同柔韧素质的学生作为实验对象,并按其柔韧素质分为3组。通过对实验对象进行10周的同负荷刺激的快速伸缩复合训练,采取原地纵跳不摆臂摸高和原地纵跳摆臂摸高两项数据,对实验对象的纵跳能力进行对比分析,最后通过实验结果分析得出以下结论:1、不同柔韧素质的学生在接受同负荷刺激的快速伸缩复合训练后,实验Ⅰ组,实验Ⅱ组和实验Ⅲ组,组内数据对比在纵跳能力的表现上比训练前均具有显著差异(P0.05)。说明快速伸缩复合训练对不同柔韧素质的学生纵跳能力均能有效的提高。2、柔韧素质为差的实验对象与柔韧素质为中、优的实验对象在接受同负荷刺激的快速伸缩复合训练后,纵跳能力有显著差异(P0.05)。说明不同柔韧素质的学生进行同复合刺激的快速伸缩复合训练所表现出的纵跳能力有显著性差异。3、综合所有数据表明,在接受同负荷刺激后的柔韧素质为中、优的组所表现出的纵跳能力的增值与增长率,皆处于同一水平。所以当柔韧素质达到中等水平时对快速伸缩复合训练的影响效果较低。本研究成果不仅证明了快速伸缩复合训练对纵跳能力影响的有效性,同时也揭示了不同柔韧素质的学生在接受同负荷刺激的快速伸缩复合训练后的差异,为快速伸缩复合训练提供了参考及有益的建议。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality of the body not only represents the ability to exercise, but also represents the space of training level. The indicators of physical fitness are like wooden barrels of wood, and the amount of water loaded is ultimately determined by the shortest board. The same is true in sports training. Rapid stretching training is a kind of training in which muscles must undergo a centrifugal contraction and reach maximum strength in the shortest possible time. This kind of training method has strong pertinence, it is an effective way to develop fast strength, and vertical jump ability is an item to show its training effect. Before the experiment, 95 students were screened by sitting position forward flexion and standing position forward flexion, and 33 students with different flexibility were selected as experimental objects. According to their flexibility, the subjects were divided into 3 groups.
