四川省网球后备人才流失原因分析及对策研究

【摘要】:自21世纪以来,李婷、孙甜甜在奥运会赛场上取得女子双打冠军的成绩,2011年中国女子网球运动员李娜在法国网球公开赛又取得冠军的突破,我国女子网球运动员在国际赛场上占据一席之地,使世界对我国网球有了一个崭新的认识,也促进我国竞技网球的发展步入一个新的台阶。随着中国女子网球在世界网球平台上展现出的竞技能力,人们对中国网球运动的发展充满了信心,我国网球人口、参与网球运动的人数越来越多。但是,随着李娜等人的退役,中国网球运动出现了青黄不接的现象。现今国内优秀网球运动员已经出现断层的情况,这种情况在女子运动员中尤为突出。其次,国内男子网球运动员与世界优秀男子网球运动员相比,差距甚大,与世界顶尖男子网球选手相差甚远。我国网球运动存在人才短缺的情况,特别是高水平竞技网球人才更是少之又少,后备人才的培养与优秀网球运动员的产生呈直接关系。然而,后备人才在培养的过程中,存在大量流失的现象,受伤病、家庭、教练、文化学习等因素的影响,造成网球后备人才的流失,直接导致我国网球后备人才不足。本文从四川省网球后备人才流失的原因出发,深入分析影响后备人才流失的原因,并提出相应的解决办法,为改善四川省人才流失的情况提供借鉴作用。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法深入分析四川省网球后备人才流失的原因,得出以下结论:(1)学训矛盾因素对后备人才的流失具有重要影响作用,协调青少年学习与训练的矛盾是培养青少年运动员的过程中必不可少的环节。(2)网球后备人才培养过程中缺乏管理不利于运动员持续良好的发展。(3)良好的训练动机、训练目标有利于青少年网球运动员持续健康的发展。(4)教练员配置的不合理与综合能力不足制约网球后备人才运动成绩的提高。(5)不同培养模式的局限性阻碍青少年网球运动员水平的提高。(6)四川省网球后备人才选材存在不足,科学方法和手段利用率较低。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, Li Ting and Sun Tiantian have won the women's doubles championship at the Olympic Games. In 2011, Chinese women tennis player Li Na made another breakthrough in the French Open. China's women tennis players occupy a place in the international arena, so that the world has a new understanding of China's tennis. It also promotes the development of competitive tennis in China into a new stage. With the competitive ability of Chinese women's tennis on the world tennis platform, people are full of confidence in the development of Chinese tennis. More and more people are taking part in tennis. However, with the retirement of Li Na and others, China's tennis has become a phenomenon that is too late to catch up. Nowadays, there is already a gap between the outstanding domestic tennis players and the rest of the country. This situation is particularly prominent among women athletes. Secondly, the gap between domestic men's tennis players and the world's outstanding men's tennis players is very large. It is far from the world's top men's tennis players. There is a shortage of talents in tennis in China, especially in high-level competitive tennis. The training of reserve talents is directly related to the generation of outstanding tennis players. However, in the process of training, there is a large loss of reserve talents, which is influenced by injuries, families, coaches, cultural learning, and so on. The loss of tennis reserve talents directly leads to the shortage of tennis reserve talents in our country. This paper, proceeding from the reasons of the loss of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province, deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the loss of reserve talents, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In order to improve the situation of talent loss in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the reasons of the loss of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Draw the following conclusion: (1) the contradictory factors of learning and training play an important role in the loss of reserve talents. To coordinate the contradiction between youth learning and training is an essential link in the process of training young athletes. (2) the lack of management in the training process of reserve tennis talents is not conducive to the sustained and good development of athletes. The training goal is conducive to the sustained and healthy development of the young tennis players. (4) the unreasonable allocation of coaches and the lack of comprehensive ability restrict the improvement of tennis reserve talents' performance. 5) the limitation of different training models hinders the teenagers. Improving the level of Tennis players. (6) there are deficiencies in the selection of tennis reserve talents in Sichuan Province, The utilization rate of scientific methods and means is low.
