【摘要】：在第25、26届亚锦赛中,日本女篮连续获得冠军,充分向世人展示她们的实力。日本女篮作为中国女篮亚洲锦标赛中的主要对手,有许多值得我们学习和借鉴的地方,因此研究日本女篮是我国篮球界普遍关注的具有现实意义的问题。本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对两届亚锦赛日本女篮的进攻特点的相关指标进行统计分析,得出如下结论:日本女篮个人技术全面,整体作战能力突出,是一支年轻有活力并且具备较高的战术素养的女子篮球队伍,能够把个人技术能力的充分发挥和整体的协作能力融合得恰到好处,具有快速机敏、全面准确,作风顽强,战术灵活的进攻特点。两届亚锦赛日本女篮队员年龄结构合理,梯队建设完善,但是平均身高不高,处于劣势。并且两届亚锦赛日本女篮得分区域分布以近区区域为主,其次是远区区域,有着较强的外线投篮自信。日本女篮具有很强的快攻意识和能力,两届亚锦赛日本女篮快攻推进均以运球突破为主,推进速度快,反击能力强,在快攻结束阶段中日本女篮快攻结束方式均多以直接上篮为主。两届亚锦赛日本女篮衔接段进攻中均较倾向采取配合进攻,通过传球和移动的速度,造成有效的杀伤力。在衔接段进攻结束阶段中均多以外线3分投篮为结束方式,且命中率较高。两届亚锦赛日本女篮在阵地进攻中均较善于采取配合的方式进攻,并且基础配合以掩护配合为主。日本女篮第25届亚锦赛的战术布置主要以渡嘉敷来梦为首的内线为核心,阵地进攻结束方式也以限制区得分为主。而第26届亚锦赛日本女篮外线队员方面进行了调整,战术安排对外线队员也进行了针对性的布置,进攻手段更加灵活,内外线得分能力趋于均衡,队伍更加成熟。

Therefore, the study of Japanese women's basketball is a practical issue of general concern in the basketball field of our country.
