我国速度滑冰项目“体教融合”培养模式实证研究——以东北师范大学速度滑冰队为例

【摘要】：采用文献资料法对我国速度滑冰人才培养模式进行梳理,并对目前"体教结合"或"体教融合"的现状进行分析。通过探究国外成熟的培养模式,设计成功个案—东北师范大学速滑队,并对东北师范大学先后与白城市体工队、河北省体育局共同建设高水平运动队的经验进行总结,提出改进"体教融合"培养高水平运动员的建议:竞技体育后备人才培养需要"体教融合",重视竞技水平提高的同时也不能忽略文化学习和行业适应力的发展;体育与教育正确有效的结合能提高运动员就业竞争力,解决运动员择业问题;高校培养后备人才要充分整合利用自身优势资源,提高人才质量,为我国竞技体育输送更多的优秀运动员。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation of "combination of sports and education" or "integration of sports and education" by combing the training mode of speed skating talents in China by using the method of literature and materials. Design successful case-Northeast normal University speed skating team, and the Northeast normal University and Baicheng Sports team, Hebei Province Sports Bureau to build high-level sports team experience summarized, Some suggestions are put forward to improve the integration of physical education and education to train high-level athletes: the training of reserve talents of competitive sports needs integration of physical education and education, and the development of cultural learning and industry adaptability should not be ignored while attaching importance to the improvement of competitive level; The correct and effective combination of physical education and education can improve the athletes' employment competitiveness and solve the problem of choosing a career for athletes, and colleges and universities should fully integrate and utilize their own advantage resources to improve the quality of talents. Transport more excellent athletes for China's competitive sports.
