重庆市青少年网球运动发展战略研究

【摘要】：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和比较分析法等方法,分析制约重庆市青少年网球运动发展的因素,结果表明:网球场地设施缺乏、青少年网球教练员整体水平不高、重庆市大部分区县和学校网球项目资金投入不足、培养网球运动员模式单一、政府及相关职能部门对青少年网球运动发展扶持力度不够、网球运动群众基础薄弱等,是制约重庆市青少年网球运动发展的主要因素.针对问题,提出发展战略:政府职能部门应加大对重庆市青少年网球运动的支持力度;并采用多种方式,加大宣传力度,在中小学推进网球进校园,推广和普及网球运动;采取多种方式筹集资金,增加青少年网球运动资金投入;增加网球场地设施,帮助有条件开展青少年网球运动的中小学修建网球场;加强教练员队伍建设,完善青少年网球运动员培养体系,鼓励多种方式培养青少年网球运动员.
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of juvenile tennis in Chongqing. The results show that the tennis court facilities are lacking. The overall level of juvenile tennis coaches is not high, the majority of districts and schools in Chongqing lack of investment in tennis projects, the single mode of training tennis players, the government and related functional departments to support the development of juvenile tennis is not enough. The weak mass foundation of tennis is the main factor that restricts the development of youth tennis in Chongqing. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward the development strategy: the government departments should strengthen the support for the youth tennis in Chongqing; And adopt various ways, increase propaganda, promote tennis into the campus in primary and secondary schools, promote and popularize tennis; take various ways to raise funds to increase investment in youth tennis; increase tennis court facilities, To help middle and primary schools that have the conditions to develop juvenile tennis to build tennis courts, to strengthen the construction of coaches, to improve the training system of young tennis players, and to encourage a variety of ways to train young tennis players.
