自主—合作教学方式在秦皇岛市中职院校健美操教学中运用的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近年来随着健美操在大众之中的迅速普及,健美操也成为学校体育的重要组成部分,并深受广大学生的喜爱。健美操教学是根据学生的身心发展特点,有计划地指导学生学习健美操的基本知识、基本步法、手型、技术等双边活动。另外健美操教学内容丰富、动作变化多样、组合多、且路线多变、动作难易程度不同,在学习难度较大的动作时,通过同学之间相互帮助能更便捷、稳固的掌握动作。健美操一般都有较多组合,要想很好地完成,学生就必须利用课余时间自己多加练习,这就需要学生有较高的自主性。传统的健美操教学方式大多是“导入式”,传教式的灌输,扼杀了学生学习的自主性,不利于学生学习兴趣的提高。“自主—合作”教学方式是以自主学习和合作学习的现代学习理论为基础的教学方式,是根据学生的自主和合作学习特点,着重培养学生自主和合作学习能力的教学方式。本文通过对“自主—合作”教学方式在健美操教学中运用的研究,探讨自主—合作教学方式对学生健美操学习产生的影响,从理论联系实践出发去考虑问题,为中职院校健美操教学质量的提高提供参考和建议,丰富体育教学方式改革的内容,提供成功经验的支撑。研究方法:本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法等多种科研方法,以秦皇岛市中等专业学校的60名女学生为实验对象,平均分成实验班和对照班。通过对中职院校健美操课中运用自主—合作教学方式的实验研究,对两个班的实验结果进行研究与分析。研究结论:1在健美操课教学中采用自主-合作教学方式,对提高学生健美操学习的兴趣优于常规教学方式。2在健美操课教学中采用自主-合作教学方式,对提高学生健美操学习的态度优于常规教学方式。3在健美操课教学中采用自主-合作教学方式,对提高学生身体素质方面与常规教学方式相比无显著差异,而对提高学生健美操基本技术优于常规教学方式。4在健美操课教学中采用自主-合作教学方式,对提高学生合作意识优于常规教学方式。5在健美操课教学中采用自主-合作教学方式,对提高学生健美操技术水平优于常规教学方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: in recent years, with the Aerobics in mass popularity, aerobics has become an important part of school sports, and loved by the students. The aerobics teaching is based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of students, there are plans to guide the students to learn the basic knowledge, basic step aerobics, hand type, bilateral activities technology. "Autonomy cooperation" teaching method to autonomous learning and cooperative learning based on the learning theory of modern teaching methods, is based on the students' independent and cooperative learning characteristics, focusing on the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and cooperative teaching mode based on "autonomy. Cooperation" teaching mode in Aerobics Teaching in the use of research, to explore the influence of independent cooperation teaching mode on students' Aerobics learning, from the theory and practice of view to consider the issue, for the improvement of teaching quality and provide reference of Aerobics in vocational schools, enrich the reform of Physical Education Teaching content of the way, to provide the successful experience support. Methods: using literature method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the Qinhuangdao city middle school 6 0 female students as experimental subjects, divided into experimental class and control class in Vocational Colleges aerobics. Through experimental research on the application of autonomous cooperative teaching method in the course of the two classes of experimental results of research and analysis. The conclusion of the study: 1 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching mode of interest is superior to the conventional teaching methods to improve students' learning aerobics.2 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching mode, the attitude is better than that of the conventional teaching methods to improve students' Aerobics learning.3 learning mode in calisthenics teaching by autonomous cooperative teaching, to improve students' physical quality and conventional teaching methods compared significant differences, and to improve the students' Aerobics basic technology is better than the conventional teaching methods of.4 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching methods to improve students' sense of cooperation is better than that of conventional teaching The learning method.5 adopts the independent cooperative teaching method in the aerobics class teaching, and is superior to the conventional teaching method to improve the students' Aerobics technical level.
