山西省跳水等级裁判员队伍发展现状及其对策研究

【摘要】：本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法对山西省跳水裁判员队伍的基本结构、培养与选派模式进行调查分析,了解当前山西省跳水裁判员的发展现状,并针对队伍现阶段存在的不足提出推进项目发展、重视综合素质发展、健全管理制度等相应对策。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the basic structure, training and selecting mode of Shanxi diving referees by means of questionnaire investigation and expert interview, and finds out the current situation of the development of Shanxi diving referees. In view of the shortage of the team at the present stage, the author puts forward some countermeasures such as promoting the development of the project, attaching importance to the development of comprehensive quality and perfecting the management system and so on.
